That is not what we want." That level of customer service and attention is rare today and one of the reasons I will continue to use this dental office. However, I do stand by my previous review that the best people at this practice are Dr. McPhee and Helen. If you have a bad experience here, let them know before you leave. I was informed the individual in the office that made the mistake was terminated. This should have been a write off due to this is there mistake and I have invoice that said I paid in full. They also informed well we dont want you to go in collections although this is our mistake. I dont recommend this place and please take your business elsewhere. There was no forgiveness, empathy, or real accountability for their mistake that was caught close to 9 months later. I am so disappointed and angry with my experience with Heritage Modern Dentistry. ​
