That is not what we want." That level of customer service and attention is rare today and one of the reasons I will continue to use this dental office. However, I do stand by my previous review that the best people at this practice are Dr. McPhee and Helen. If you have a bad experience here, let them know before you leave. I floss throughout the day, I use a water pick, brush 3 times per day and I use a tongue scraper daily. My first cavity was in my late 30's so can see why I may have been concern and cancelled the appointment.
