Bioclear to fix black triangles: Dr. Salil Mehta is not just a dentist, but an ARTIST. He delivered the outcome I asked for and even EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS. My black triangles are gone and in their place are beautiful teeth which look natural in form and color. I could not be happier with how everything turned out. Though I had to drive over 2 hours, it was definitely worth it! Now, instead of being told something's on my teeth, people are impressed with how nice they look. I hadn't been to the dentist in YEARS because of dental anxiety. My previous dentist had me so nervous to ever return for teeth cleanings let alone operations. When we moved to Texas, I knew I needed to find a new dentist (but put it off...for years). A family member recommended Fresh Dentistry and they did not disappoint! Right off the bat I was met with kindness and grace despite my nerves. I ended up having a root canal so was even more anxious for an upcoming operation. When going in, I was offered water (they asked if I wanted chilled or room temp which is so considerate when having a root canal), offered me a blanket, and changed the TV to hgtv for me. During the appointment, the team asked every 5 minutes (literally) how I was doing and if I had any pain. As someone with dental anxiety, this made me feel so seen and safe! Over six years later and I'm still a happy patient. They moved down the street from the original location but other than that, nothing has changed and that's a good thing. I come in for routine cleanings now and I feel so welcomed every single time. It's great whenever you see familiar faces year after year. Vicki is my dental hygienist and it always feels like I'm catching up with an old friend when I see her. Olivia (front office) and Jordan (dental assistant) are my day ones. I went in for a broken tooth. The staff did great getting my information and getting me through quickly and I was fortunate enough to get an appointment on the same day. I got my cap and porcelain submitted for making real fast. During the whole process I did not feel any pain. I will admit the gel to numb your mouth tasted awful but it was very effective and strong in getting my mouth numb for the procedure. Came here after finally deciding to try a new place for my 6monthly Dental cleanings. My dental hygienist Vicky was fabulous!! She didn't make me hold the suction thing like at the other place i was lol. She is great to talk with and she even wrote me a hand written letter thanking me for my visit! I much appreciated the fact that she remembered what we talked about - she told me to have fun on my vacay. It's the little things. The women at the front desk were polite and professional. When i made my appointment i mentioned i needed an early appointment since i get off work in the mornings and wouldn't be able to come mid-day. She said she would call if there were any openings. Well they did and at least moved mine up an hour. The place is very up to date, they have tablets to sign in for the first time. It was easy and took me less than 5 mins! They have a Keurig and water bottles available in the lobby. AND the best part is they were TIMELY and called me back as soon as it was my appointment time! Actually... the best part was there was a Tv in the ceiling as i got my teeth cleaned to watch! Lol.. The doctor- great!!! He actually took the time to explain my x-ray, had good bedside manner, and even got in my teeth with an instrument to take a good look unlike my other dentist. I went in for a cleaning after six months and they hit me with the newest technology, a new style of cleaning the teeth that I enjoyed. Since I was pregnant they didn't get X-rays last time I was there (my first visit) and when they took them this past time they noticed a big cavity. I need to get my wire removed before they can work on it and I was trying to find childcare, when I called back they said they were all booked until January! I asked if there was a dentist they could refer me out to bc it's becoming really sensitive and I want to get it taken care of before a root canal is required bc we just can't afford that without insurance and they called and said dr Mehta would work on HIS LUNCH BREAK to take care of my tooth because with the size of the cavity he's afraid other dentist will want to do a root canal. So not only is he doing what's necessary and looking out for my pocket, he's also sacrificing his time!!! I'm so happy I switch to this office. I am very picky when it comes to dentists... so much so, that I tend to avoid them like the plague. I was recently suffering from a severe toothache and based on a recommendation from a mutually picky friend, I called Dr. Mehta. His staff was accommodating, friendly and worked me in immediately. Dr. Mehta found an abscess in one of my large molars and immediately began strategizing ways to help me out as we were leaving on vacation within 72 hours; with a promise that if antibiotics and pain meds didn't help, he would stay late to get the root canal done before my vacation. HE DID!!! He stayed late after hours to make sure my tooth was repaired so that I could enjoy vacation. The tooth was infected, he was super aware of that, read my body language, consistently stopped to see if things were okay, administered as much numbing as was necessary and NOW, we are on vacation and the throbbing pain is GONE. If you're looking for a dentist, GO HERE. I have never felt comfortable at the dentist, until now. I had stained teeth for a long time, which was embarrassing to me as an adult. Every time I have asked a dentist about it, they've shrugged it off, more concerned with if I needed any kind of [expensive] procedure. This dentist and technician, came up with a plan of action to get my teeth to looking how I want them to. They are knowledgeable, honest and kind. They actually care about your teeth and how they look, unlike most dentists I've been to that I feel like are just trying to get money out of you. I had been searching for a new general dentist and happened to mention it to the oral surgeon who did my front tooth implant. He said that his best friend from dental school had a practice in Fort Worth that wasn't too far from me. His staff all chimed in about how much they loved Dr. Mehta too. So I took a shot. The office is clean and well maintained. There are coffee and water in the waiting room. The reception staff is friendly and personable and will call me if they have a cancellation that better fits my preferred appointment times. I teach at a community college so my schedule is all over the place depending on the semester. Dr. Mehta is awesome. I can tell he truly cares about his patients. I had only been there one time when one of my crowns popped off. I called and asked if they could see me and they squeezed me into the schedule. Of course they did. The hygenist is really nice too. I've liked every single staff member I've come into contact with. Prices are reasonable and they take my insurance what more could I ask for? read more
