I took my husband, who suffers from dementia, the day his mouth started hurting on a Friday. They saw him the day I called and were all very kind and understanding with him. The doctor explained that he will need an oral surgeon rather than removal in the office due to his medical condition. He was given antibotics for infection and they will find an oral surgeon for us as a soon as they open on Monday. I couldn't be happier with this place. The receptionist talked down to me and was extremely rude and even the dentist working that day followed me to my car and told me he was so sorry and I would be hearing from the owner. I never heard a word and even emailed them with no response. I own my own business and would never treat a client that way. I was hesitant to leave a review but be aware of this place. I have had a wonderful experience here. Dr. Basta and the entire staff have been so kind and helpful with everything I needed. It had been awhile since I had been to the dentist due to a number of reasons, and even though I need to get a decent amount of things fixed, they have been really helpful in working with my schedule and maximize the time I am there. Parking is kind of weird, but you can always find a spot. The office is nice and clean, and the staff is super friendly. That being said, I've never had so much pain in the few visits to this DDS. I squirmed in my chair as the Asst. Shoot me up. They neglected to siphon out while working on my teeth. It's just overall not attentive to my needs, IMO. Of course, it could be me YMMV. Dr. Basta is the best! Her work is top notch and she makes sure everything is perfect before you leave. I've had a few filings and Dr. Basta and the staff makes sure everything is smooth and there are no snags while flossing. She cares a lot about her work and patients. The staff is also fantastic with suction and water. I've gagged and struggled at other dentists but all the ladies here make sure the patient is comfortable throughout any procedure. I'm also really glad to see they measure blood pressure before any procedure. It's an extra measure I really appreciate. read more

They were so accommodating and got me in right away. I am new to the area and they got me in right away for a front tooth repair. The doctor was very kind as well as the rest of the staff. They all made sure I was completely happy with the repair and made sure the bond matched and shaped the same as my other teeth. They even went back over it to make it just the way I wanted! Best experience I've had with a dentist. I will say, they are very busy on Saturday mornings so I'd recommend a weekday appt but I left happy so I didn't mind that they were a bit behind schedule and I had to wait. I think this place is fantastic. The office staff and Dr. Nguyen are wonderful. They took the time to go over my imaging and came up with a treatment plan. They were also able to perform a cleaning on the same day as my initial appointment which I really appreciated. The dental hygienist (Cindy) did my actual cleaning and she was fantastic. Dr. Nguyen and the team at Smile Boutique has been providing quality care to me and my family for the past 2 years. My first visit was for a deep cleaning and Zoom teeth whitening. She was able to reverse several years of yellow coffee stained teeth to portrait-ready-white for my wedding with just one office visit; something my bride was extremely grateful for. Dr. Nguyen was very thorough and I experienced very minimal "zinging" after the whitening procedure. I knew Smile Boutique would be my forever dental office when Dr. Nguyen offered to mail me my at-home whitening trays and gels without me having to ask because she "knew how hectic the days are leading up to a wedding and how every second counts" (and boy was she right!) This is a testament to the level of care and service one can expect from the team at Smile Boutique. I have also been in the care of the other dentist on the team, Dr. Pham, who also worked on my elderly mom and was able to fix a horrible crown job done at a different dental office. She did a phenomenal job by taking the time to explain the procedure to my mom and was very gentle, and caring; a huge contrast to the previous dentist my mom was seeing. We are always seen on time and get worked on as soon as we are seated in a room. The office is very clean and modern with complimentary coffee and water provided for guests in the waiting area. The procedure rooms have one TV facing the patient when they sit upright and another mounted to the ceiling to keep us occupied with Netflix during a procedure. Nothing beats being able to watch the Office and Parks and Recreation during a procedure besides maybe having a little nitrous oxide (half kidding). I am one of those people, from child through adulthood, who has more than not enjoyed visiting a dentist; I have been sleepless-the-night-before level of fearful. For the first time in my recent past, I actually truly enjoyed my visit with Dr. Nguyen and the staff. You can tell right from when you walk in that they are kind, patient-oriented, and people with whom you would want to be friends. The office is set up with an inviting waiting room with fun music, clean and new-feeling exam rooms with a tv screen in the corner to watch music videos while waiting and a tv screen above the patient's chair to watch Netflix while waiting for your mouth to go numb. I came here at a friend's recommendation and did not regret it! Unfortunately a previous dentist had not caught some dental issues, but Dr. Nguyen did and was super accommodating to fix my issues. I also was five months pregnant when she diagnosed my issues, which meant I had to wait until I could lay down on my back again before I could get my fillings done. By far the best experience we've had going to see the dentist. Our family has been jumping from dentist to dentist because of bad experiences one after the other. We have finally found a place that cares about their customers. Dr Xuan Nguyen explained every step throughout the entire process. Repeatedly asking if I was ok. At age 65, I have been to many dentists, but never a female dentist before, and not one of Vietnamese descent. Thought I would try something different this time, and I have been very pleased. Both Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Pham are consummate professionals with the perfect "bedside manner" -- polite and easygoing without asking embarassing questions (like "How did you lose all those teeth?"). Other dentists I have been to carry on a patter of conversation, asking questions that I can't answer with a mouthful of instruments. Whatever your dental problems, and however ashamed you may feel about them, these two dentists will take care of them without making you feel bad. And they do excellent work for reasonable prices.
