She was very short and irritated by my questions. I understand that there's a level of redundancy/repetiveness in customer service, but it's being there and answering those questions, with grace, that makes service what it is. Hopefully, this gets back to Tammy (or Tammi) and next time she extends the patience to the next customer, that she didn't extend to me. To be safe, I sought opinions from two different family dental practices, both of which completely contradicted Keller Modern Dentistry's recommendation. Today, my son received his regular annual cleaning at another office with no issues and no extra charges, fully covered by insurance. Based on this experience, I do not trust this practice. I strongly recommend doing your research and seeking second opinions before agreeing to any additional services here. Because of the deployment my process had to be sped up because I could not deploy with the braces. When my braces were taken off there was a small gap in between my front teeth. I'm just returning from the deployment (Yay I'm alive) and I wanted to see if Smile Doctors Braces could correct this forced error.
