They are courteous and empathetic until It comes to finances. This is where Leah comes in and can be a bit brash when you question her about charges. Some charges are a bit way overpriced in my opinion. In the middle of my husband's treatment, they informed him his insurance is no longer taken and attempted to charge him an amount so over inflated he walked out, sought another opinion, and changed dental professionals...at 60% less than what Leah quoted him. So just be sure to shop around. It's your out of pocket expense! And to not finish a procedure in the middle of treatment leaves us less than unimpressed.

My son does not do well with Dr.'s, but the staff did everything to make him comfortable, Dr. Lustig has been very patient, and had gained my son's trust. We had to get a herbst device to correct my son's overbite. We did all kinds of research and were initially worried about it, but it has been a pleasant experience. He needed a couple fillings, his cleaning, two crowns, and a minor extraction. The doctor just kept taking breaks. At one point she took a break for an entire hour without explanation, and she kept having to re-numb my son because of these breaks. The assistant (Jenna) was so gentle and kind to my kiddo. The manager and front desk staff were so great and so understanding. Thank goodness my kid was patient, and I was able to ask my boss for more time off. The work itself was good; it was just the lack of time management on behalf of the doctor that detracted from the experience.

She held her down so she wouldn't move and kept yelling at her to do not move. She grabbed her face aggressively while pulling her tooth out without anesthesia. Once she was done she left the room. The medical assistant was there to witness and just said that's how the dentist is. THIS IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND INHUMANE She has high blood pressure and her vitals were not taken before and after the procedure. No antibiotics prescribed and she still has a swollen face after a week and a dry socket
