Not once did I ever feel unsafe or misinformed of any of the treatment I received. I had an emergency visit for my first visit from an old silver crown spot and fractured tooth. Kylie did an awesome job cleaning my teeth and then Dr Perry explained work I needed. The following week I went in and I swear it was the best experience for what I was having done. Samantha was assisting Dr Perry and she even got me an ice pack for my jaw when I said it was hurting some. Super impressed with the whole staff. Very friendly and understanding.

I am here to write about the experience he provides for his TEAM. Because you can read the over 140+ Google Reviews about his practice to know you have made the right decision by choosing Dr. Perry as your dentist. I want to tell you what happens behind the scenes. Dr. Perry, his wife (Cara) and daughter (Brynn), bring HEART to the practice. They are generous, fun, and a genuinely caring family that put their practice, staff, and patients first. By doing so, the staff you are greeted with are a reflection and extension of them. We are all human and all have unique personalities, just like any group would, but there is something about working for (and being a patient of) Dr. Perry's team that makes you feel you are part of something special. They make you feel like FAMILY!!! Maybe it's the combination of his love for his family, the Texas Rangers, TCU, and gardening. Maybe it's his background of growing up in Christian schools, singing with the Texas Boys Choir, traveling the world as a child or simply pride in his work that makes him who he is, but whatever it is it's rare! Moving to Austin, I was sad to leave a practice that set a very high bar for all other practices. The first time I came to AO&MS, was for a consultation. I met with the dental assistances for x-rays and information regarding: insurance, medical history, medications, previous complications, etc. Dr. Macholl came in afterwards and talked to me about what he would be doing during the surgery, what I should and shouldn't do before the surgery side-effects after surgery, medications (pills to take before and after the procedure and IV sedation medications), and answered any questions I needed to ask. After meeting with Dr. Macholl, I was met by a woman who talked to me about the approximate total payment of the surgery and my next appointment time. Day of Surgery- (Before) Dr. Macholl and his staff were very welcoming and friendly. They were telling me the step-by-step process of what they were doing and explaining what everything was and what it was going to do. Dr. Macholl had four emergency medications on hand in case an allergic reaction had occurred from all the medications. Everyone made me feel very comfortable and safe. (After) Fast-forward after the procedure. I felt very sleepy. I awoke with ice packs wrapped around my head. Dr. Macholl's staff were very cautious and helpful of helping me to my car. Overall, this business is very professional and comforting. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask, they are there to help you! :D

After doing the Invisalign, Dr Dube, and dental…read moreassistant, Anna constructed a set of temporary veneers made from an acrylic material cemented onto my teeth with temporary cement. The process took place on a Thursday. The following evening I noticed an issue with the temporary; a part of the temporary had a hole. I called the emergency line at Smile NRH at 10:20 pm. At 10:25 pm, Dr. Dube called back, providing her cell phone to receive the photos. She adjusted her schedule on Saturday morning to get me in to fix the temporary. Dr. Dube followed up on Monday to ensure I had no other issues. In addition, Jackie is accommodating. She works with you and your dental insurance, scheduling appointments and following up. Robyn is one of the best hygienists. She is thorough and caught my bone atrophy, where I got immediate attention to prevent further bone loss.
