After arriving I was told I needed to update my medical records ahead of this appointment. Never was told to bring in my medication list or not be seen. I pay out of pocket there is no reason for insurance to be notified. My medication list is long. It is required of new patients and I have been there several times between July 2025 and today, 06/15/2026. Cannot have appointment without update given before seeing anyone. If needed and so important, why was I not made aware before showing up for appointment? Front desk was very adamant. Every lame reason was given already in my file. No need for badgering me to drive a point. It is very embarrassing to have this discussion in an open space.

I found Dr. Hines by random when we moved here and have been bringing my whole family to his practice for over a year. I feel like we got really lucky to find Dr. Hines. He's trustworthy, doesn't recommend unnecessary work and has a friendly staff. I also know that he's thorough because he discovered that my son (who was 17 at the time) had a random extra tooth growing in under the gums, which none of his previous dentists ever noticed on X-ray. Nothing will ever make going to the dentist "fun" but Dr. Hines is friendly and professional.

I had an emergency visit for my first visit from an old silver crown spot and fractured tooth. Kylie did an awesome job cleaning my teeth and then Dr Perry explained work I needed. The following week I went in and I swear it was the best experience for what I was having done. Because you can read the over 140+ Google Reviews about his practice to know you have made the right decision by choosing Dr. Perry as your dentist. I want to tell you what happens behind the scenes. Dr. Perry, his wife (Cara) and daughter (Brynn), bring HEART to the practice. They are generous, fun, and a genuinely caring family that put their practice, staff, and patients first. By doing so, the staff you are greeted with are a reflection and extension of them. We are all human and all have unique personalities, just like any group would, but there is something about working for (and being a patient of) Dr. Perry's team that makes you feel you are part of something special. They are courteous and empathetic until It comes to finances. This is where Leah comes in and can be a bit brash when you question her about charges. Some charges are a bit way overpriced in my opinion. In the middle of my husband's treatment, they informed him his insurance is no longer taken and attempted to charge him an amount so over inflated he walked out, sought another opinion, and changed dental professionals...at 60% less than what Leah quoted him. So just be sure to shop around. It's your out of pocket expense! And to not finish a procedure in the middle of treatment leaves us less than unimpressed.
