They came so highly rated and my fillings were old so made appointment to do those and see where we went from there. On arrival I'm told, no we're doing the crowns! I should have walked out. I didn't. Received a bill almost a year later that has no explanation on it for what it was. After talking to office manager we hammered it out.

According to the office, I needed multiple crowns, Which I've been told is untrue from Dentist since then. They lied to me about one of the charges completely. During a filling, Dr. Beiderman made a whole speech about how she doesn't charge for pulp caps if insurance doesn't cover them because you can't do a filling without them, low and behold, I had a separate charge that I got to pay out-of-pocket for a pulp cap after my filling. When I specifically called and spoke with billing day, acted like they had no idea what I was talking about and confirmed that they definitely did charge for that. Most of my appointments there took HOURS, presumably because she was seeing other people. Similar appointments with other dentist have taken less than an hour. When it came time for the crown, they put one on that completely did not fit and had me leave their office, unable to even close my mouth without completely biting my cheek. I could not chew regularly or talk normal and I kept being told that it was just "swelling". After a lot of wasted, childcare and pain and frustration, I tried a new dentist. Thousands of dollars and many days of needing childcare later, my tooth that Dr. Beiderman's office did incorrectly is finally fixed. The office is still hounding me for a bill for a crown they did completely incorrectly despite the fact I ended up paying Another dentist to have to redo everything, which insurance didn't cover at all because it had not been five years. Don't go here, if you need anything, besides a basic cleaning, you will regret it, but I'd be willing to bet they gouge you even for that.

He was given antibotics for infection and they will find an oral surgeon for us as a soon as they open on Monday. I couldn't be happier with this place. We have been going there the last 2 years.

It had been awhile since I had been to the dentist due to a number of reasons, and even though I need to get a decent amount of things fixed, they have been really helpful in working with my schedule and maximize the time I am there. The office is spotless, lots of cool technology, and I appreciate being able to watch and listen to Netflix during my crown and filling to ease my nerves a bit. The work the dental technicians at Trail Creek do is fine. I've had no complaints there. However, when it comes to their administrative staff I am absolutely finshed with them. They've messed up the schedule on my last two cleanings. They messed up the schedule on my wife's last cleaning and were very rude to her. To the point the lady at the desk wouldn't talk to my wife and walked away. Then they snuck in a $50 missed appointment fee for "my" missed appointment on her bill and didn't tell her they were doing it!! When I called and discussed it with them, there were no management around to discuss it. I gave them a chance at making this right and I will not be back. Don't write trite response just to save face. Just another bad Dentist.

I debated for a while writing a review but after going twice now to Tate Dental nearby which is a…read morereputable dentist practice and seeing it happened to others I would advise you to be very careful if you go here. Dr. Sohn seemed okay but the dental hygienist scraped my gums so hard I was not bleeding a little but a LOT and then she aggressively pushed a deep cleaning priced at $900. This was my first visit here after moving back to the area (grew up here, 10 years in Austin, back to DFW for a few months) mind you I have never missed a cleaning in about 20 years. I get a routine cleaning every 6 months and have never had anyone do what this hygienist did. I wanted to be open minded plus I had already paid the upfront 1 year package so I came back 6 months later after she scolded me about not doing the deep cleaning and said well if you want you can just see back in 6 months how flossing and brushing goes (yeah I think I will do that). Then at the next cleaning magically my teeth were fine b/c I requested a different hygienist. Also wow no bleeding. I switched to Tate Dental in 2024. Routine cleaning in Feb & Oct 2024 - both visits got a clean bill of health and no bleeding from the hygienist. I told no one of my experience at the new dentist to see. I asked the dentist and hygienist if they would recommend a deep cleaning and they both said my teeth are perfect health and it wouldn't be necessary showing me photos, etc and explaining what would be the reason for a deep cleaning. I did let Dr. Sohn's office know of my experience when it occurred in 2023 and they did nothing. So all that to say, buyer beware. No clue if the reviews are real or not but my experience at Sohn was awful and I only went there b/c of the good reviews. Also Tate is better priced too! I called in advance and asked for pricing after the awful experience at Sohn. I have moved a lot in my life and of the 5 dentists I have seen no one has EVER scratched the crap out of my gums like that and then acted like it was not their fault. I was shocked and now I wish I would have just stood up and left. I realize now how bad it actually was and I was just being a pushover.

The only reason I gave them a 4 star instead of a five-star is that it seems that if you're appointment gets canceled it's really hard to reschedule. Besides that I love them!
