So update I am done with this dentist my son came in to the office which he do all the time by himself and he was treated so rude cause they assume he was a kid walking off the street.. why would a elementary kid be WALKING the streets at 10am wtf... I would cancel my appointment but it's a 50 dollar cost that will go to collections.. Be aware $50 fee! if you don't cancel 2 days ahead of your scheduled appointment! Bad experience, rude customer service. I called on Monday to cancel my appointment for Tuesday and they told me it would be a fee of $50 for not calling the day before. I told them to just cancel everything as I was choosing another dentist to go to this year and they said that's fine. Wednesday they sent me a bill for $50. I called to discuss and the front desk person did not let me speak to a manager and she just was rude on the phone with me. I asked for a callback from a a manager and no one ever called me back. This just shows this place can care less about its patients. Avoid going here if you can!! read more

They will give you a treatment plan with cost and then day of procedure try to charge you more than you were quoted. In my case it was $1,200 more. Once I questioned it, they realized a mistake and it came down $200. Still $1,000 over what I was told initially. read more

Horrible office manager. I give this place 5 more years and they will be closed. They change their prices every visit and you're not made aware until a day or two before leaving. Don't have an emergency and need to reschedule because you will be charged $50 if not rescheduled in 48 hrs. We get our teeth checked regularly and this dentist always say there is something wrong, that they will be able to charge us extra money for. There is no reason every single time. We have to oral doctors in our family they check regularly and say our teeth are perfectly fine, but magically when we come here they always find a "problem" that will make them extra money every time. I've been to this dentist several times off and on for years. My teeth are not great because I haven't taken the time to make dental work a priority. The past few months I made the decision to try to get my teeth taken care of. I went to Brush for a cleaning, they suggested a deep cleaning since I had not been in there for a while then they would follow up with a regular cleaning. The deep clean is not 100% covered by insurance so I paid the $65 and then they scheduled me for my regular cleaning in a few weeks. I said sure. When I went for my regular cleaning I was told I owe another $60+ dollars for a cleaning. My insurance only covers cleaning one per 6 months. I understand that but why did this dentist office want me to come in for a regular cleaning knowing my insurance covers one per 6 months. My thought was that this cleaning would be free since my insurance didn't cover deep cleaning. Also, why could they not do my regular cleaning at the same time as my deep cleaning. Woke up to find that a piece of one of my molars was missing. I took the day off and starting calling around to see if it was possible to get in somewhere. First place I called was Brush. They Were able to accommodate me very quickly. From the time I called to when I left was nothing less than excellent, personable attitudes. Very impressed with the customer service. Most place lack that in one way or another. Not Here! With that being said...the only reason I didn't give it 5 Stars was the fact that they refer out root canals and implants when the majority of dental offices do them in house. But I think I will continue with this place just for the positive, personable atmosphere. read more

I moved and still drive the extra miles to go here. Myself, husband and children all go here. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and my kids love the hygienist. They have TVs in room on the wall and the ceiling with Netflix which is so great for distracting the kids during cleanings. I also love how flexible and understanding they are with changing appointments with kids and the crazy things that can come up. Couldn't recommend this place more! read more

She is also very personable and gave me great advice regarding upcoming treatment options that will work best with my finances. Kim, Inez, & Lori (the very essential office staff :)) are so welcoming and took the time to get the exact cost of the dental plans that I could consider. Inez even logged into my specific insurance benefits to see how she could help me! Kim's valuable knowledge helped with ensuring the all required items in each dental plan was included & in-house financing. Lori (along with Kim & Inez) helped explain about Care Credit options, in an effort to make care a feasible option as well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!!! I went there for a regular cleaning and checkup and that went well. Netflix on the ceiling and friendly staff. One month prior I went to an emergency dental clinic for a tooth pain and they searched my teeth and told me I have no cavities. When I came to brush one month later they told me I have 8 cavities!!!! It doesn't even make sense. They then told me to buy a small tube of paste they sell for $30+ to put on my teeth to prevent more and to get all 8 cavities filled. I don't trust it as I have been to two other dentists in the past year and haven't heard anything even close to that. They call me relentlessly trying to schedule the fillings. I'd never been to Brush before, and am so glad I found them after I decided to leave my previous dental provider. Called them because of a broken tooth. They managed to squeeze me in right away, on the same day. Their customer service is exceptional. Every single person with whom I had an interaction was efficient and helpful. They texted me a link to the paperwork on my phone and I was able to do everything electronically. They follow all COVID protocols. As someone with severe anxiety when it comes to dental, I appreciated the calm and assurance I was treated with. Dr. Jennifer was very capable and took care of my issue right away. I really am notorious for putting off a trip to the dentist! I finally got up the nerve to make an appointment and explained that I am always nervous to go to the dentist.
