I went in for tooth pain and it turned into a root canal that lasted all day. I was there first thing in the morning and held there until about 1pm. The root canal wasn't even complete, I had to make a second appointment. While the dental assistant was let out for lunch, I was in tears from the pain and wanted to leave before the final cleaning. Dr. Springer sat me down and told me to go through with it anyway. It's horrific to have your mouth open with hands in it for that length of time. Be prepare to make ortho plan at this place a PRIORITY over school/life. I wish I knew about this issue before signing for the multi-year plan. Now I just feel stuck.

DO NOT GO HERE this place completely messed up my teeth…read more First of all when I paid for this they stated it was for life. I needed to get this to make space for an upper tooth implant and they stated this would fix the problem and straighten my teeth. They put in a permanent retainer on my bottom teeth about a year ago. Keep in mind I've never had an issue with my bottom teeth. I've never had a gap or anything. I started noticing when I was wearing my new bottom Invisalign trays I was getting a gap between the bottom of my two teeth so I immediately stopped wearing them. I could not get into an appointment right away because I moved a year ago and they do not have a location at the state I moved to so I called them to schedule an appointment for when I was visiting to get this issue fixed, along with the left top connector placed on my tooth that is extremely stained to be removed and replaced. They had me send them pictures and they said no problem that they would get me in when I was visiting. So while I'm on VACATION I went to this appointment when I get there they tell me that my Invisalign case has been closed and that there's nothing they can do. Nobody notified me that my Invisalign was closed. I did not even know that that was the thing. I kept emphasizing this gap at the bottom of my teeth and they were saying that it's a triangle and that's normal, I have never once in my life seen somebody get Invisalign and have a GAP which is what it is. It you can see your tongue through the opening that is called a gap. They refuse to do anything unless I paid an extra FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS. Along with that, they weren't going to remove the placement at the top of my teeth. They were going to " try and polish around it". I am extremely upset. I had no issues with my bottom teeth before I got this Invisalign and now I have this very noticeable gap at the bottom of them and they refuse to do anything about it. Yes, it made space for my implant, but I feel as if my teeth are worse than when I originally got Invisalign. I would recommend not going to this place. The orthodontic didn't even come out to see me. He told her to tell me my case was closed and that was it. I am extremely upset and disappointed in this place and I would never go back to this location. I didn't even have them " try to polish" that top connector because I do not trust them with my teeth any further I would not have them touch them again, I'll be going to a regular Dentist to try to have them polish that extremely stained attachment that they would not replace. Due to this, I'm going to have to spend an extreme amount of money to get my teeth fixed that they messed up and refuse to fix.

I had Stacey today for the Invisalign installation and she was wonderful. Deanna checked me out after the appointment and scheduled my next one. She's so sweet and personable. The new Dr. Gopffarth (a local Keller kid, love that ) is phenomenal and a great asset to the practice. Keller is very lucky to have Dr. McReynolds and his expertise for so many years. Both of my boys went through braces with him and they are 37 & 38. Love the family feel at this place.

I was told by other orthodontists that the Invisalign would not work due to my teeth being too…read morecrooked. Smile doctors were able to do them with no issues. My teeth are much straighter, not perfect but it solve my issue of biting my cheeks which would have caused me cancer if I had of continued according to my dental hygienist. It took two years and but this next tuesday 8-12-26 I get them off and my permanent retainers on so that's exciting. They will have to shave my front buck teeth to get them straighter but my teeth were really out of place so it was expected. My teen son got the Invisalign also but then did his own silly internet research which told him he shouldn't be wearing them so he stopped which was very aggravating due to him believing the internet over an orthodontist but when I called to tell them to take off his buttons because he gave up they were able to get him regular braces with no extra charges even after the two years of struggles to get him to wear them. He agreed that that's what he wanted since the all mighty internet said so. I did not expect them to do this and it was a great blessing for us. Thank you

Because of the deployment my process had to be sped up because I could not deploy with the braces. When my braces were taken off there was a small gap in between my front teeth. I'm just returning from the deployment (Yay I'm alive) and I wanted to see if Smile Doctors Braces could correct this forced error. My consultation is set for Wednesday and I really hope that I'm able to get braces back on without being charged for a forced error. Wish me luck!! #SmileDoctors 21March 2019 ok that visit was great!
