When there is a need to reschedule, it will 4-6 wks out. Additionally you can't be more than 15mins late NOT even a minute over. This difficultly in setting appt increases the treatment timeline. Be prepare to make ortho plan at this place a PRIORITY over school/life. I wish I knew about this issue before signing for the multi-year plan. Now I just feel stuck.

My son does not do well with Dr.'s, but the staff did everything to make him comfortable, Dr. Lustig has been very patient, and had gained my son's trust. We had to get a herbst device to correct my son's overbite. We did all kinds of research and were initially worried about it, but it has been a pleasant experience.
