As soon as he walked in to the patient's treatment room, I had no doubts of his abilities. He told step by step what I should expect, even though I wasn't nervous. They have really good tunes going on the radio which made the whole visit comfortable. I've been recommending Dr. Chad Allen of Southlake Endodontics to my neighbors, family, etc. In fact I had to seen him again because I kept feeling sensitivity on the tooth that he worked on (no problems found due to the procedure), and on the way home stopped by Tom Thumb store in Grapevine and was talking to the cashiers. And I had told them about Dr. Allen and one of the ladies said she was looking for a Doctor because she needed a root canal. I talked up Dr. Allen because he truly did an awesome job. Truth be told even after the procedure I truly had no pain whatsoever. This man knows what he is doing and I highly recommend him, and to make this even great. I was referred to this office by my primary dentist to have a root canal. Before going to…read morethe appointment I made contact with my insurance provider to make sure they accepted my insurance and were in my network. I also called the day of my procedure to make sure that everything had been verified with my insurance. On March 03/06/2024 i went into their office and had the root canal and at the end of my procedure I was given a final bill which was my portion to pay of 600.00 I paid this amount with my credit card and walked out the door. Then three weeks later on 03/28/2024 I get an email stating I owe 555.00 more. I then hung with them called my insurance provider we did a three way call and the conclusion was a complaint is going to be filed against this office because my insurance provider told me that they billed me for additional services that they informed them that was not authorized and was unnecessary for the procedure I had. My provider told me these other services that we're preformed were unnecessary for a root canal and it seemed also to them that they we're just trying to run up my bill for their own financial gain. Beware this company will add additional procedures to your bill that are not necessary just to scam you out of your money. Please anyone do not use this office they will scam you.

From the first inquiry I made the office staff were all so friendly, thorough and quick! I love that I was able to fill out my new patient paperwork online before my appointment, saving everyone time! They even send text reminders for appointments, so convenient for everyone involved. Speaking of time, I've never seen a practice run so smoothly. At my follow up appointment they even got me in BEFORE my schedule time, when does that ever happen in the medical field? So major kudos to the team at the front desk for making sure everything goes according to plan. As for the actually procedure I am told everything went according to plan. My post op instructions were made VERY clear and I was sent home with all prescriptions, detailed recovery instructions, and even Dr Duraini's personal number should I have any worries or concerns during my recovery process. Dr Duraini not just kind, but genuine, and I can tell he takes genuine pride in how his patients look and feel after their procedures with him. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Duraini and his entire team here at Texas Maxillofacial Surgery, and while I certainly hope another oral surgery isn't in my immediate future I definitely know where I will be going should the need ever arise.

On the day of the surgery, we walk in to a packed waiting room. Looks like they had everyone arrive at the same time. We sat in the waiting room for over an hour! My daughter had to fast and was starving but they don't care! Funny how important it is for them to make sure you initial in the paperwork it's ok for them to charge you $$ for missing an appointment and they'll reschedule you if you're late! . So over these doctors thinking their time is more valuable than their patients!

Scheduling: As long as I'm on time to my appointment, I get seen right away. This is also one of the few offices that is open on Saturdays, which is the only day I'm available. Staff: I always get the warning that I might have pain after any procedure I have done, but I rarely feel anything afterwards. I also get just the right amount of education about my teeth to feel motivated to keep up maintaining my teeth now. Front desk staff are just as awesome, and are able to get me in and out quickly. Location: The office is always clean, and is large enough to house many patients without worry of breaking social distancing rules. The patients all have to wear masks into the office, and the front desk is kept meticulously clean. Overall, I have no complaints, only praise to give this office and the staff. Because you can read the over 140+ Google Reviews about his practice to know you have made the right decision by choosing Dr. Perry as your dentist. I want to tell you what happens behind the scenes. Dr. Perry, his wife (Cara) and daughter (Brynn), bring HEART to the practice. They are generous, fun, and a genuinely caring family that put their practice, staff, and patients first. By doing so, the staff you are greeted with are a reflection and extension of them. We are all human and all have unique personalities, just like any group would, but there is something about working for (and being a patient of) Dr. Perry's team that makes you feel you are part of something special. They make you feel like FAMILY!!! Maybe it's the combination of his love for his family, the Texas Rangers, TCU, and gardening. I had an emergency visit for my first visit from an old silver crown spot and fractured tooth. Kylie did an awesome job cleaning my teeth and then Dr Perry explained work I needed. The following week I went in and I swear it was the best experience for what I was having done.
