We have used CVS in Bedford and Walgreens in Colleyville, and Walgreens is definitely the lesser of the two evils (shout out to my man, Alex.... We will miss you!!). We hate CVS with a fiery passion... It is not a great pharmacy, and if you use them, you understand why. We changed insurance policies in 2024, and were panicked to see that Walgreens was no longer in network for prescription meds. When I went online to see who was in network, I was nervous and skeptical to see deliverit on the list. It is a literal one minute drive from my house, And I am more than delighted to say that our experience with them has been nothing short of delightful. Does it feel wrong to say that going to the pharmacy is a delightful experience? Yeah, it really does. But deliverit really delivers.You can text the pharmacy staff through an app, the pharmacist literally has a mug that says "like a boss" and he was so nice! The pharmacy techs are also extremely kind and helpful individuals! Transferring my prescriptions from Walgreens to deliverIt was a super easy experience that I was dreading for days leading up to 2024. When you call them, there's no hold music or automated messages. An actual human being answers the phone and answers your questions! With the world being a giant dumpster fire, it's so nice to have one thing in my life that is no longer complicated, and I did not think that my pharmacy would be it. The staff is really nice and professional, but they treat their customers like part of their family. One day a staff member had brought in homemade cookies and they gave me one with my prescription when I came through the drive through. So unexpected and kind! My four year old son loves them because they always have a lollipop for him. Excellent service, above and beyond! A million times better than any of the chain pharmacies in the area.

If I have an acute prescription called in such as an antibiotic, they notify me and have it ready in an hour. I never have to call them and ask them to expedite, they just take care of it. It's family owned, and the same people have served as us for the last 8 years. They know us and we know them. They have a drive-thru window, and offer many services (even pet meds). They will also assist you in finding the best part D plans for the drugs you use. If you live in Grapevine you really need to check them out. The big chains just can't provide this type of personal service.

I always give them grace, but sometimes, it can cause the wait to be excessive. I feel that, with knowing they have new people, there should be someone to jump in when needed. The clerk is always pleasant, regardless of how stressful it may be. Every time, I never really have issues.

There were so many glitches happening during several power outages, thunderstorms, the Memorial Day that Dr offices were closed, etc. The staff exceeded all expectations by being kind, expedient, forward thinker's and above all, they did every thing they followed through at every possible point of delivering Grade A, Top tier customer service! The pharmacist's name is Blessing! She lived up to her name in every possible way! The pharmacy tech was spot on -with my phone call, subsequently, in person, both were professional from beginning to the end! Kudos to hiring these 2! Since the staff turnover is high at this store lately, my experiences have been average, sometimes closer to poor ratings here.
