After dealing with the local pharmacy twice, mail order, home delivery, and the specialty pharmacy getting passed from one person to the other and 2 hours in the phone DAVID solved my problem in less than 2 minutes. He literally solved the problem and took the liberty to contact my local pharmacy and asked them to handle things on their end. Again, I can't say thank you enough. I can only wish that the other FIVE Walgreens employees had been so helpful.

There were so many glitches happening during several power outages, thunderstorms, the Memorial Day that Dr offices were closed, etc. The staff exceeded all expectations by being kind, expedient, forward thinker's and above all, they did every thing they followed through at every possible point of delivering Grade A, Top tier customer service! The pharmacist's name is Blessing! She lived up to her name in every possible way! The pharmacy tech was spot on -with my phone call, subsequently, in person, both were professional from beginning to the end! Kudos to hiring these 2! Since the staff turnover is high at this store lately, my experiences have been average, sometimes closer to poor ratings here.

They offer a much different assortment of medical care goods than other pharmacies. Filthy store!…read more Received a text that my rx was at this store located 1233 Precinct Line Road. This is because my local pharmacy was out of stock for rx. When I went inside, the staff never looked up, nor acknowledged me. I blanked my keys a bit and someone said" be there in a moment " When I gave all pertinent info she said no, there's nothing at this location for me. I was 99% certain my text had given this address. But my phone had died. I drive to my normal CVS, located at 1500 Precinct Line Road inside Target. The pharmacist showed me on their documentation that my rx was waiting at the other location. He saw me begin to tear up because I'm disabled and had driven 20 miles outside my usual activity level. I'm disgusted to know that some people are relegated to this level of treatment for their rx. I will never allow anything to go to this store! Over appearance and pharmacy team, Probably 6 workers, no one in their drive thru. I was their only person but, ignored, lied to, and turned away! I hope someone who matters reads this!
