We have never been before and weren't familiar with working with a pharmacy outside of going to CVS. My husband entered and asked where he could drop off a prescription and the lady working sarcastically looked around and said "hmmm wow that's a great question, I wonder where" then proceeded to talk down to him the entire time he was attempting to fill a prescription that he was only given an emailed PDF of. Instead of guiding him in the right direction, they treated him like he was stupid and asked him what he expected him to do with an emailed rx. There were three other people working the counter that were about as rude and did not step in to help. You can check my other reviews, I am not a Karen and constantly use Yelp to provide positive reviews. We try to treat people like we want to be treated and it's super weird when the customer is being more kind than the staff. Really disappointed and appalled by their behavior. Thanks for making us feel welcome and supported while we're dealing with a very sick elderly cat at home!

Their new pharmacy tech has also improved over the months, the previous tech couldn't understand my insurance and doesn't get my prescriptions right. The new pharmacy techs are better now and makes my work much easier with them communicating well with my insurance and prescriptions, it's less stress for me in having to deal over the phone.

I'd mainly stick to buying refreshments here, though. Walmart is one of the only stores that sells glass bottled Sprites and Coca-Colas. I'm talking the ones made with REAL cane sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup. I've bought a few items that you wouldn't think would need to be fresh (i.e. Ritz Crackers) that tasted very old and stale. I realize this could have happened at other shops, too. I might have just grabbed a bad box but it's happened more than once at Walmart for us. So just a heads up! The oddest thing is that there are no cashiers. It's all self check out. I think for some this isn't an issue but I personally love a cashier. Human interaction is important so I always get sad when stores stray away from this more and more.
