Had a prescription available for pickup, over a hundred dollars cheaper at Walgreens, called to attempt a transfer and all of the sudden there's no record of any prescription despite the 4 voicemails I have saying my prescription is ready. Bad bad bad business and horrible customer service with bad attitudes and nobody attempting to help. Will not be using CVS at any location ever again and would highly advise against it. If I could leave less than a star I would. At this point I've been dealing with trying to get my prescription for over a week and my health is at risk because of it. read more

This has become an unresponsive and unpleasant place to do business. Some of the folks at the pharmacy window are impatient and rude. There is almost always a discount they find and apply once I ask at the window...while people behind me wait. It seems like they could have found it and applied it when they priced the item originally. Plus any attempt to phone the pharmacy gets routed to a recording to leave a message that they'll check 'within an hour'. The staff must be hurried and harried for CVS to run this way. There are plenty of alternate pharmacies in the area. I will no longer be using CVS - a shame after all these years. read more

This is quite possibly the rudest customer service I have ever experienced at a CVS, and that is saying a lot as they are usually less than friendly. I drove through to pick up a prescription for a very sick family member, but the sign on the window said "only one person today, please come inside". So I parked and went inside only to find the pharmacy completely closed with the gates down. As I stood there, an extremely unpleasant employee walked out of a door in the back and said "closed for lunch until 2 o'clock". I said "well the sign outside said to come inside". She looked at me like I was really stupid and said "there are signs everywhere that say the pharmacy is closed for lunch". I am sorry that she hates her job so much but that's not a reason to be a complete jerk to customers who were only following directions on the sign outside. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location as they are super rude. read more

This location is absolutely ridiculous. If you order in the app, your order will be cancelled or they will claim they can't locate it even if you show confirmation. Furthermore, they DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. I called at 6:30 one evening and I was on hold for 20+ minutes and never actually spoke to anyone. I must also add how they LOVE to cut you off when you're at the window. Customer service is piss poor! If I could give negative stars I 1000% would. Staff needs to be retrained or let go completely. read more

I scheduled an appointment for a shingles vaccine at the CVS on Bryant Irving. online since the assistant could not supposedly make it on site?? When I went there today, the pharmacy did not have my appointment scheduled. At 11 AM they were not busy; however, the pharmacist did not want to be bothered and asked me to reschedule. While I was there the phone rang and rang, no one pick it up in spite of three persons walking around. I am really disappointed by this place and probably will move my prescriptions elsewhere. Probably THE MOST UNFRIENDLY and UNWELCOMING CVS I've everrrr been to. Came in tonight to just simply get some eye makeup remover and bandages. The store manager (Im assuming, because she came out of the office), a young black lady with long braids, didn't even bother to smile or make eye contact when she asked "if I needed help finding something"; although her help came across more as tho she was suspicious rather than being helpful... I asked about the Almay eye makeup remover pads, to which she curtly told me they don't carry anymore. No "I'm sorry for the inconvenience", no "may I suggest...". Just cold... ih but it gets better. I make my way to the bandages to which I get asked by 2 more employees in a span of 2-3 minutes if I "need help finding something", followed by an announcement to do a security check on all aisles... (mind you, it's only me, and like 1 other customer in the store at the time). And look, I get it, stores are dealing with a lot of theft lately, and I understand being vigilant on protecting the stores merchandise... but I gave them no reason whatsoever to even be weary - I mean, I was looking at bandages for Christ's sake..: so then it gets to the point of feeling very unwelcome and uncomfortable to even shop there. So I decided to put up the merchandise I had in my hand and leave. (A comb and some barrettes). As I'm coming to the aisle to put back the merchandis, the same cold and unfriendly manager is standing in front of that aisle and without saying a word, holds her hand out... for me to hand her the merchandise... it was so bizarre and juvenile, like I was a kid who couldn't be trusted to put their school supplies away correctly. I stated that I could put the merchandise away myself, to which she said "it's up to you.." And with that, I gave her the stuff and gladly walked out. THIS STORE HAD NUMEROUS 1 STAR REVIEWS FOR A REASON. I mean, its literally impossible to find decent customer service anywhere, but this lady has set a new low. Theres several CVS locations in the area; avoid this one if you can. read more

Do not use this pharmacy, it's run by a completely incompetent East Indian woman who couldn't process a simple insulin prescription. She and her air headed blond helper with a clavicle tattoo told me that Aetna didn't cover Novolog (#1 used insulin in the world) so I'd have to substitute Humalog. I also couldn't get the 90 day supply my prescription asked for. I was told to go back to the doctor for mail order. Not one single thing they told me was correct, they were just too lazy and/or stupid to do their jobs. Diabetics need insulin to live, mistakes like this can be dangerous and should never happen. The CVS down the street filled my prescription without issue. read more

This isn't a CVS. This is Antarctica, Russia, Siberia, or maybe Greenland (that's the icy one, right?!). It snows in here. I was waiting for the Minute Clinic in the dead of summer and almost keeled over of frostbite. They should probably call it a 75 Minute Clinic, because that's how long it always takes, no matter how many or how few people are ahead of you. Finally, I'm not exaaactly confident with the quality of care I receive. The doctor (RN? PA?) always makes me feel assured at the time, but then I leave without a diagnosis or any useful prescription and I wonder why I even went. Maybe try another CVS if you're looking for a clinic. Otherwise, this is a regular CVS. A little weirdly organized, but beats Walgreens. read more

I scheduled an appointment at the CVS at 3614 Camp Bowie Blvd., Fort Worth, TX to have a Shingles vaccine as well as a Tetanus booster. I showed up 15 minutes early and the lady that I approached was borderline rude. She told me how much it would be, and I told her that I was informed by a pharmacist from another CVS that it would cost nothing as my insurance would cover it. After a heavy sigh, she looked it up again and confirmed that it would cost nothing. I verified that it was for both shots. She then asked "What are you here for?" I had a perplexed look on my face as I feel she should have known this from looking at my appointment and the fees. I told her I was here for my Shingles shoot and a Tetanus. She told me to have a seat in the waiting area. At 3:00pm (15 minutes after my appointment and 1/2 hour after I got there) I was finally called back only to be told that they were OUT of the Shingles shot! I asked why I was not informed of this ahead of time considering I had an appointment. The pharmacist's explanation was that there are several people wanting the shot. Again I asked why I was not informed that they were out so I didn't have to make the trip across town and take time off work to get this shot. He just blew it off and asked if I still wanted the Tetanus shot. I went ahead received that one. I tried to explain my dissatisfaction, however he had no interest as he said "I am only filling in here and I have other patients". He escorted me to the door and called out for the next patient. I ended up having to find another CVS on Lancaster that had the shot. I would love to NEVER use CVS again, however my employers insurance is keeping that from happening. The pharmacy staff at that location really needs customer service training! read more

I would like to know why a person, who is sick and contagious, is told they can have their prescription in 30 minutes if they come inside, or an hour if They want to come back later. There should NOT be a difference in wait time. I am sick. I am hurting. Most importantly, I am contagious! You shouldn't invite a person with a spreadable virus into your store! And the older blonde pharmacist needs an attitude adjustment. You're working in a pharmacy and have sick people waiting for their medicine..... Get with the program and stop acting lost. read more

Read both 1 star for pharmacy Bring a long chair inside to enjoy the awful wait times they offer or double your time and do the drive thru... I find it highly ironic if I come inside and I'm seriously contiguous you well give me my medicine twice as fast but if I don't won't to infect everyone else go thru the drive thru and wait twice as long.... O wait maybe there in business to sell more medicine so bringing the sick inside to come in contact with others is a great marketing idea ...get them all sick or sicker and they buy more medicine lol or the truth???? for minute clinic Cvs minute clinic her name is Mellisa She is delightful and kind what a bed side manor if all doctors were like this I wouldn't mind going all the time... The wait times at this pharmacy are absolutely unreal. I dropped off a prescription for amoxicillin at 8am on a Friday morning. This is an extremely common low level antibiotic. They told me to come back at 11:30am to pick it up. I show back up at 11:35am, and while there is only one car in front of me in the drive-thru, we sit for TWENTY SEVEN minutes before I can pull up to the window. I timed it from my Yelp check-in when I first arrived. Once I finally get to the window, now that it is solidly noon- the pharmacist tells me my prescription is not ready. He need ten more minutes. Would I mind circling back to the end of the line? I don't know what to say or do in response to this. Why isn't it ready? I shift into a sort of autopilot mode and I do pull back into the line. I'm now behind two cars waiting AGAIN and I have no idea when I'll actually get to the window again. If I never write another review, then please send rescue services because I have died in this pharmacy drive thru. If I had tried to do this pick up on my lunch break, or if my car was low on gas, it flat out couldn't have happened. Now I refuse to leave and come back later. It's the principle of the situation. I need my medicine! I'll sit here and wait. And wait. And wait. read more

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received at any CVS location. I understand that CVS is a community pharmacy and many of the customers they get are possibly rude and/ or impatient however, not all customers are the same. The lady at the window could careless about greeting you and the man working with her is not any better. I went ahead and took my prescription somewhere else. I genuinely would not recommend this location to anyone, especially if you are paying out of pocket. read more
