But then yesterday, I was waiting for an antibiotic I needed ASAP, and when the phone and email alerts came through telling me it was fulfilled, I showed up at the pharmacy 30 minutes later and they said it wouldn't be filled for another twenty minutes. Why send the robocall to notify me that my prescription is ready if it is not? They are polite and professional in person, but getting ahold of medications is occasionally a mess. I might try changing pharmacies. Their days and hours are also limited. This has not affected me too much, but if you need better availability the Walgreens pharmacy down the street on North Tarrant & Beach is open until 9, and is also open on weekends.

The cables are always working and it is relatively not busy of a location. The downside to this location are the hours. I came a couple of times where they were closed in the morning. That forces me to go to Walgreens across the street. It is well stocked and clean which is really nice and there are always plenty of things to look at. The employees at night are courteous and the manager is pretty cool. I saw them organizing tags which they change once a week according to the girl who works there. For the 5th star it would take more convenient hours. And if you are heading east on Tarrant Parkway it's kind of tough because the light at the intersection is red for a long time. That causes cars to be backed up and by the time you come out of the parking lot the light is red again. If you need to head North on Beach it's tough because you have to try and cut across 3 lanes on a short distance to get to the turn lane and people generally don't let you pull out. Heading out of the Beach entrance is tough as you can only make a right turn taking you south and and your forced to uturn to go north or to get to Tarrant. As you can imagine getting to this location is all that much easier.

I saw this young man working in produce and I asked him if he could help me get the Nestlé Lemon Water down. He politely stopped what he was doing and immediately walked over to get the water down. When he couldn't reach the other 2 packs of water he went and grabbed a ladder to retrieve the remaining 2 that I needed. I have to report his level of professionalism, he demonstrated outstanding courtesy and kindness. I was so impressed by this young man's wonderful customer service, that I had to share it with others.

So, they lost one star for that. They lost another star due to most of the human run checkout lines have now become automated, so prices have tripled over the last 4 years, but now you get less service and have to check yourself out?!? (not helpful when you have a large cart full of groceries.). Anyway, one more star lost due to many common items are not available or they don't carry and they keep moving sections around and it takes longer to find what you need. Sign of the times? Walmart corporate decisions or management / personnel issues? Perhaps a bit of all mixed in. I am hoping they can improve.
