The script filled at a normal chain pharmacy who would ask me all kinds of personal questions about why I needed it (that were none of their business and not necessary) then they would complain about it being special order and taking a long time blah blah! Here- I simply walk in, give them the script, sit down. Within 15 minutes my script is always filled and I am on my way. No prying questions, not annoyed looks. Done and done! Everyone there is so professional, timely and educated!

We have used CVS in Bedford and Walgreens in Colleyville, and Walgreens is definitely the lesser of the two evils (shout out to my man, Alex.... We will miss you!!). We hate CVS with a fiery passion... It is not a great pharmacy, and if you use them, you understand why. We changed insurance policies in 2024, and were panicked to see that Walgreens was no longer in network for prescription meds. When I went online to see who was in network, I was nervous and skeptical to see deliverit on the list. It is a literal one minute drive from my house, And I am more than delighted to say that our experience with them has been nothing short of delightful. Does it feel wrong to say that going to the pharmacy is a delightful experience? Yeah, it really does. But deliverit really delivers.You can text the pharmacy staff through an app, the pharmacist literally has a mug that says "like a boss" and he was so nice! The pharmacy techs are also extremely kind and helpful individuals! Transferring my prescriptions from Walgreens to deliverIt was a super easy experience that I was dreading for days leading up to 2024. When you call them, there's no hold music or automated messages. An actual human being answers the phone and answers your questions! With the world being a giant dumpster fire, it's so nice to have one thing in my life that is no longer complicated, and I did not think that my pharmacy would be it. UPDATED: The pharmacist tried to call me last night around…read more9:15 PM, to let me know that they ended up filling the Rx for us. They also texted me to let me know that they had filled the Rx after all. My phone's "Do not Disturb" settings were on, so I didn't see it until this morning. They called me at 9:30 AM to let me know they had filled the Rx and offered to open the store for me to pick it up, since they are closed on Sundays. We met at 10:30 AM and they gave me the medicine. They were apologetic and took care of us due to having to drive in the snow. I have raised my star review to 3 stars 3 because they did fill the Rx and for their consideration of driving in this weather. However, I won't give 4 or 5 stars because this didn't have to happen this way. ORIGINAL: We received our Rx late from the doctor, this was the latest compound pharmacy open that we could find at the time.. We arrived and were told the Rx would take 30 minutes to fill. I was told I would get a call when it was ready. After 45 minutes and closing time coming, I went back in. They had not started making the Rx and they told me they were calling the doctor to change the prescription to a strength that 1)we know doesn't work and 2)I can buy off the shelf. Thry refused to make it, because they didn't want to crush up tablets, despite our precious medicine being made in the same manner. I explained this, as well as told them that we need this strength, because we know it works from using this medicine in the past. They talked to their manager who would not let them crush up the tablets to make the medicine. Now, we will be without the needed medicine, possibly the whole week due to the incoming storms. This place clearly doesn't care about the patient. I will never go to this place again and will be sure to tell everyone to not waste their time here, because you may get refused and they won't bother to call you and tell you, so that you might have a chance to find another compound pharmacy open.

Finally a girl appeared from around the corner after the tech shot her a look like "I'm not helping her."
