This pharmacy seems to hire some of the worst kinds of people. There have been two different new women who are absolutely terrible to deal with. One is usually there during the daytime and has the worst attitude, which normally wouldn't bother me except that she's always wrong. She will lie and won't attempt to verify whether her answer is correct because she's too concerned with being right--the absolute worst type of person to encounter. She's rude and ignorant. The other person works in the evening and has the same problem of being overly confident when wrong, and she ALWAYS has an attitude regardless of the situation. I've confronted her myself, and I've seen her get into arguments with other customers. I know Texas is terrible when it comes to providing support and actually implementing helpful policies for everyone, but something needs to be done about Walgreens so people aren't stuck dealing with the worst types of employees. read more

I recently had a very frustrating experience at the Walgreens Pharmacy, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. I was trying to transfer my dog's prescription to this location, intending to give them my business. Unfortunately, the entire process was incredibly inefficient. First, my phone call lasted 16 minutes, with 8 of those minutes spent on hold. When I was finally connected, the representative answered with, "Walgreens pharmacy, how can I help you?" I explained that I wanted to transfer my dog's prescription and inquired about the cost of the medication. Instead of addressing my question, she stated that she needed to transfer me to the pharmacist. When the pharmacist answered, her demeanor was rude and unprofessional. There is no justification for treating a customer disrespectfully. She seemed to disregard my request entirely and interrupted me when I clarified that I wanted to transfer my dog's prescription from the vet. Instead, she asked if I was transferring it from another Walgreens, which only added to my frustration. This experience left me irritated and flustered, and I would not recommend this location to anyone. I hope this feedback helps improve their customer service in the future. Terrible interaction at Walgreens just now. We have used this location for 5 years, and their pharmacy, while always busy, is so friendly and professional. We went in this morning, with appointments, for flu shots and still waited over a hour. This wasn't the issue... When we finished, we picked up a few items and proceeded to the register to check out. The clerk was extremely rude from the start. She acted as if we were bothering her. Then, when checking out, I had two different bottle of hydrogen peroxide. She informed me I could only have one, despite there not being a sign to that effect. However, I apologized, and my husband offered to buy the separate bottle along with the few purchases he had. As far as she knew we weren't even together!! At this point, she proceeds to tell us that "white people always break the rules." I. Was. Shocked. More than that, I was embarrassed. Then, I was angry. She didn't stop. She went on and on with how rude "we" were. At this point, I asked for the manager. That's when it got worse.... When the "manager" came to the front, my husband calmly asked him for the store number, his name, her name, and a number for the corporate office. He REFUSED. Then, told us he, "wasn't dealing with us, and he was calling the Keller police." At this time, I realized it was pointless to engage further. We left and found a way to contact customer service. Needless to say, they were appalled. I would like to note, it was not the MANAGER we spoke with, as it is Sunday morning, but the ASSISTANT MANAGER. We never did get his name. You might want to steer clear of this location. They have serious issues to address.... read more

Wow! It's always shocking to find a new level of incompetence. Dropped off prescription at 11am and was told that I could pick up in an hour. I came back two hours later only to find out the girl working the register couldn't figure out how to ring it up. She asked me to come inside while she worked on the issue. I waited in the store while she waited on other customers completely ignoring me. I assume she was waiting on a more competent employee to actually ring me up. I don't know what it is about this location, but it just doesn't seem like it is managed (or perhaps overseen from a regional perspective) effectively. I've seen other low reviews in the area for Walgreens. Ever since their "merger" with Boots Alliance a few years ago, it seems like they are trying to become the WalMart of drug stores. If you do some checking, you'll find that their leadership in Chicago has become more CFO focused instead of CEO led. I suppose I'm not surprised. The managers of the pharmacy seem ok and there is one younger girl who is really good. But if the younger girl isn't working, prepare to be frustrated. read more

Overall Pleasant expierance. I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store and when I looked to see who it was the little girl behind the counter was making eye contact with me! So many times I go into a store and it's employees are on auto pilot. It was so nice to have that personal expierance! I couldn't find what I needed and when I asked the pharmacy tech for assistance and he didn't tel me where to find it he took me straight to it. Once I was ready to make my purchase the little girl who greeted me assisted with my check out. She was sweet and had the biggest smile. She was changing the receipt paper when I approached so she she asked me to wait just a moment and if course I didn't mind. Her manager walked over in that moment and took it upon herself to take the paper from the girl and do it herself. All the while making a comment about how "its easy, just look at the picture" she was very blunt with the delivery, I don't know that she ment it that way but I took it that she was speaking to the girl as if she were stupid. The girl was sweet and provided exclent customer service. The manager should maybe be more professional with her fustrations with the girl. Overall a good visit. read more

I will use a different pharmacy from now on. I keep getting automated calls from walgreens that my prescription is ready and I call to find out what it us but they say they don't have one for me. Brand new to Texas and this location which was the closest to my house, Not only were they not to friendly but also were not willing to give me the name of my daughters medicine her Doctor put in for. I have never ever heard of such a thing and did not make any sense and their explanation made no sense at all.. This review is strictly for the Pharmacy. The store part has been a pleasant experience so far. Unfortunately, I have never had a pleasant experience in the Pharmacy. I have NEVER been or called that I did not have to wait for long periods of time. Usually 20 minutes or longer. They never put more than one person on the counter and that is to handle inside customer and drive thru customers. When I finally am able to get to a counter or drive thru, the counter person is never friendly or act like they care at all. It is almost like talking to robots. I have seen them handle the elderly like they were just another being coming thru the line. Not rude and obnoxious but rather seemingly uncaring and disconnected with the customers that keep coming to them. When you are in the customer service business, please at least put forth the effort that you are a customer driven entity and not a feed store. I will be moving my pharmacy needs. I feel I have given them a month more of my time than they should have ever gotten. read more

I am very disappointed with this store. The wait is unbelievably long. They are never staffed properly. I hate to change pharmacies but I can't take this place anymore. The last time we were in there I was standing at the counter waiting. There was no one else there and the employees were putting something away (an order had come in). I had been waiting about 15 minutes and no one even acknowledged me. When I finally spoke up the response was "we're not finished yet. Wait about 10 more minutes." Unacceptable. After using this Pharmacy for 10 plus years I'm done with them. Their inability to serve customers in a timely friendly fashion has been lacking for many years yet I still returned every month hoping for better. The pharmacy manager leads the rest of her people in I don't even want to be here attitude so there for the customer is a nuisance. You can tell that none of the staff get along with each other, the last time I was there I waited over 1 hour while they tried to figure how to apply a coupon needless to say they failed. When I walked up to counter I was ignored for 10 min before I was even acknowledged then it was a snarly can I help you. So my Keller friends I advise you to take your business else where as there are plenty of pharmacys in the area that do a much better job for the customer. read more
