This location is the worst one I go to. I drive around Tarrant county and stop at a lot of locations. This location is constantly out of Coke products for some reason. This is the only location like that, so it's not a distributor issue. It seems to be an ordering issue for this location. In addition, last time I was in they were out of large cups. Ya know, the people are nice enough, the selection is typical Sprouts, but I feel like a giant A--hole every time I go into this place bc usually I'm running an errand for my wife. Bags are always in her car. I'm done going here bc I'm done paying for bags. If you want to charge us, just mark everything up $.01 and nobody cares. But to ask me every time if I want to buy a bag is irritating. I'm not coming back simply bc this makes me feel like it does. I'll go to Central Market where they take care of you. I'm extremely disappointed with how I was treated at your gas station on 1/24/25 around 7:15am this morning by your store manager. I was laughed at and accused of not filling the water properly when, in fact, the water line shares with the Gatorade, which had a green tint. But the real issue wasn't about the water--it was how he behaved at me in front of my child and other customers. That kind of behavior is childish and completely unprofessional. It's clear he doesn't understand basic customer service, and I'm shocked he would treat anyone like that, let alone a paying customer. Great location! I have been going to this Racetrac for over 4 years and always have been happy with the service. The only problem is this Racetrac has no hot pizza bar like some of the other locations. I would love to purchase hot pizza at my local Racetrac in Keller,TX. read more

They DO NOT have pizza nor do they have the typical cheese burgers or chicken sandwiches. Nothing against the store, it just advertises those when you search the location up. read more

Great Keller location, easy to get in and out, great drink options.... But 75 cents for air or water? I don't think so. I'm sure there's some way to get it for free after buying gas, but who needs the hassle? I just want to get in and get out and not have to walk inside. I think I'll stick with QuikTrip read more

I was doing just fine about to try out that rapid hydration Gatorade drink. I really don't know how to use a self-check out. No one is there and so I asked nicely, "Hello? Is anyone there?" But that tattooed lady working there was being very rude to me! She said, "You don't have to yell. We got cameras ya know. Don't be so disrespectful." She's the one who's disrespectful though! I asked nicely if anyone is there! I wasn't yelling at all! I don't know how to use self check outs ok. Give me a break!! She can't just treat customers like that. And also, after she rings my drink, she just goes back to the back room! Rude! I don't know what her problem is but either teach her manners or have her fired because that was uncalled for! Honestly, doesn't anyone believe that the customer is always right anymore or am I the only one left here in Earth who believes that?! Also, one Kinder chocolate I bought was expired last month in November 2021. At least it still tastes good and didn't get sick. Still might wanna look at expiration dates just to be safe though. Modern clean gas station/convenience store. Still new, so it has that polished feel to it. Offers all the bells and whistles of the newer style convenience stores, so you can get glucose boluses, fried fat everything, and crunchy carbohydrates in every fashion possible. I like the trend with newer convenience stores, and this one is good. My complaint is that they charge a lot for air and water. Not a fan of this. It's a modern convenience store. I think I just had the worst experience at a gas station one can have I couldn't believe how disgusting the floor was and how no body seemed to be there and I had to wait what seemed like a eternity for someone just to check me out. It gets worse. A worker named Sandy rung me up and was giving me attitude after I noticed she overcharged me because she scanned something twice. She then didn't offer to give me a receipt and I had to ask her to get it out of the trash can she threw it in. Once I got it back she went back to being on her phone. I found this experience not great whatsoever I will never come back here again and will always remember to go to a QT. Sandy is a very unprofessional worker and might need some training on how to check some one out. read more

I live in Fort Worth but ended up running out of gas here in Keller with no card, no cash, no Apple Pay! The employees here were so kind! One of the employees (Samantha) went above and beyond to help me get back home! And I can't thank her enough! I will definitely be coming to this gas station from now on when I'm out here. I've lived behind this RaceTrac since it opened. Was very nice at first. Until around the time Ed moved on. He had good courteous young people working the counter. Currently? Not so much. The air/water is a $1.00......BTW it's broken and has been for months. Maybe even a year. Yes has great drink selections. I'd say this place is good for beer, gas, and fountain drinks. Floor is dirty...I'm not eating anything off the rollergrill because I don't trust the youngin's in there wash their hands. They are generally all standing behind the POS gossiping. Don't go here much but for a tank of gas and a Red Bull on occasion. Everyone has always been pleasant and helpful. I see some reviewers have complained about having to pay for air. Just know Quicktrip has air for FREE always. I have had one issue with a gas pump not pumping and used the intercom at the pump to speak to an employee. She just kinda sat on the other end and really didn't help matters. I can see how some would get annoyed. I just moved to another pump. But, I'm not expecting stellar customer service at a gas station. They accept American Express now. FYI. Use your RaceTrac app to get free snacks and drinks. Just be sure to remind the employees you want to use it. They NEVER ask if you have a rewards number. read more
