Taking a star off for one reason: 1. No bicycle rack. I am riding my bike more, and it is sad how few large businesses in Keller have provided this little thing. To be fair, Kroger does not have a bicycle rack either. And at least Tom Thumb has a couple non-rack options. One is the back of the chairs at the fixed to the ground outdoor tables. The other is the handicapped sign poles on those spots. Neither is a very good options, as it may impede others. Note: I did a little research and Keller, unlike Fort Worth, does not require businesses (of a certain size) to install bicycle racks. Still, some businesses have elected to do it anyways, so kudos the them. Bottom line: I did e-mail both Kroger and Tom Thumb about the lack of a bicycle rack. I may also see about getting it on the requirements list for new buildings/businesses.

    She wouldn't eat it.

So sad. We came here because I thought they had better cakes then Kroger and Walmart. I wanted a yummy cake for my grandkids birthday and let me just say, it was cute for 1/4 sheet cake but 18$. Way over priced and SO DRY. TASTED OLD. Crumbly dry yucky cake. Wayyy to much frosting. Very thick. Very sweet. Kroger has better cakes. But Walmart beats both by a mile. I was upset and sad for these babies as this was their big celebration. Boo Tom Thumb. Never ever again.

I was getting a rubber duck cake for a birthday about 3 or 4 days in advance and on the day of the party told us they didn't have the cake.

Great produce and meat sections. Stores are very clean and the employees help any way possible.

Im very annoyed about those kind people's working in this Winco. Not nice to customers.

Very good grocery store. But it's been in steep decline and with the arrival of HEB to the area, we woke up and are examining the grocery landscape we've been blind to. We since have been coming here and we are very pleased! For starters, this place looks immaculate, totally spotless, so orderly and neat it's amazing. We even said "this place is roughy the same age as the Kroger up the road and this proves Kroger has no excuse to look so dilapidated, when THIS is possible in roughly the same area". It's so orderly, I couldn't help but even straighten up the voids I made in the products as we shopped like I worked there! Haa! I just respected it, you know? Anyway, the prices are on average a bit lower too, some by a lot! I believe the reason is they don't dabble in the annoying point system or the apps to try to hook shoppers into a "marriage" of sorts the way everyone does these days. To not even try to game shopper's behavior or try to track them at all they don't have to invest in it, so everything is straightforward and they have a lower overhead. I LOVE it. I'm done with having Kroger hook me into buying gas from them in a loop of trying to get the most out of points nonsense. Winco is the simple old way and I've missed it (and a little annoyed at myself for missing out all these years, but no more)! The checkout is great, staffed far more "human" than Krogers, and even have the choice in paper/plastic to optimize your sacking. The employees straight-up seem frankly happier to be there, and authentically, not robotically acting out a script. A nice bunch. They surely must be to actually try as hard as they do and it shows by just looking around. I could go on and on, we were very analytical about our "change-over" and we doubtless will be checking out HEB when they finally open, but regardless how good they are too, Winco has TOTALLY won us over and we will be coming back here regularly for good! Thanks, Winco!

They've got the meats! LOL…read more This is my favorite place to shop for meat, fish, seafood, and some hard to find and unique frozen foods and dessert. Wild Fork has better prices on high quality meats than other grocery stores. Their triple blend burgers (brisket, chuck, and short rib) are restaurant quality and reasonably priced. They also have some items you rarely find in America like ground Ostrich. I haven't tried it, but I'm open to it. The staff is friendly and always available to help or answer questions. The store is pretty on the inside and well laid out. I suggest going when you have time to walk up and down each aisle. Even though I have a list, it takes me a while to decide on what I'll buy because they have so much to offer. This trip I got those burgers, brioche buns, frozen yucca chunks, steak, branzino, and a ton of other items that I had not intended on buying, but just couldn't pass on. They do have some nice sales as well! This location is in a shopping center with plenty of parking. The store is medium size, but it will take you a while to get through all the interesting offerings.
