So listen ladies, when coming to get implants, make sure you have an open mind. This is why,…read more I have been flat my whole life. I mean barely a bomb, and I went in hoping to get that one piece of confidence I lacked from Dr Mason. I'm 5'9, and I didnt qanr stripper boobs that wouldnt match my body, but something that looked pretty natural. Recommendation: 1.Take in a pic of what you want to look like on your 1st or 2nd visit. 2. Have your schedule wiped clean for a week or 2. Or have a great husband "like me". 3. When you wake up, they will look weird, that will change. For 3 months they will change. For some longer. 4. Dont expect to not wear a bra just because you paid for them, but its ok you dont. 5. Use that cream and massage scar when applying. My scars look great 1 better than the other. I've been excited to be dismissed , but its always great to see the staff. Sensation may not come back in the nipple immediately, but one has more sensation than the other and I'm at 6months. Hope this helped, ask me anything anytime. I will definitely refer them. Great place to be and staff to see.

*** CHOOSE ANOTHER SURGEON ***…read more Before making a decision, please take a moment to read my story below and see photos of the devastating results I experienced, along with comments from other patients who faced similar outcomes. UPDATE: I will continue to share updates based on responses to this review received from the practice. Over the years, I've reached out to the practice multiple times with no reply. Meanwhile, I continue to endure painful and costly laser treatments, hoping for even slight improvement--and this experience is still part of my daily life. In response to earlier (now deleted) comments from the practice, claimping they didn't recognize me as a patient, I've attached a document provided by my surgeon, Dr. Mark Mason at Southlake Plastic Surgery Center. The practice is fully aware of the harm caused by the procedure, yet I never received the promised refund, despite multiple requests to help offset my ongoing treatment costs. While this may be "in the past" for them, I live with the consequences every day. I wish I had spoken up sooner; perhaps it could have helped others avoid a similar fate. The photo in a swimsuit was taken three weeks prior to my surgery at this practice. The surgery left me with severe skin discoloration across my entire abdomen and section over six inches tall and wide of puckering, which now prevents me from wearing a swimsuit. I'm sharing these photos so others can see the impact of my experience. Please, choose your surgeon carefully.

From my very first…read moreappointment all the way through surgery and recovery, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. To give some context I've only ever had C sections before this, so going into a completely elective surgery was honestly terrifying for me. But every single time I walked into their office, I immediately felt at ease. Dr. Vennemeyer is incredibly professional, supportive, and reassuring, and his staff are some of the warmest, most comforting people I've ever met. Even though I live out of state and had to travel for my procedure, the entire process was seamless. Their team was so accommodating with my schedule, and they truly went above and beyond leading up to surgery. They made sure I completed all of my pre-op testing on time and even reached out to other doctors on my behalf to ensure my results came in before my procedure. That level of care meant everything to me. Dr. Vennemeyer also provided extensive pre-op education over a hundred pages of information plus videos which answered every question I had (and even ones I didn't think to ask). It made me feel so prepared and confident going into surgery. The day of surgery was honestly such a calm and positive experience. I told my husband it felt more like I was walking into a spa than a surgical center. The entire team was so kind, gentle, and attentive. I thought I would be terrified walking into the operating room, but instead, I felt completely taken care of. I remember them making sure I was comfortable and cozy in the bed... and then I woke up. I'm only a few days post-op, but I already feel amazing thanks to Dr. Vennemeyer's multi-modal pain management approach. My recovery has been so much smoother than I expected. If you're considering a procedure and feeling nervous like I was, I truly cannot recommend Dr. Vennemeyer and his team enough. They made what felt like a scary experience into something calm, smooth, and incredibly positive.

On September 26 it was one year since my breast augmentation surgery with Dr. Michael. I came here…read morebecause I knew some people who had their surgery done with him and everything went well, and also because on his Instagram the patients' photos looked good--so I trusted him without knowing it would be one of the worst decisions. Not only did he leave me with one breast smaller than the other (yes, I know it's natural for one breast to be slightly smaller, but if you undergo breast surgery it's supposed to make them look even and actually show the results), but in my case one breast was left noticeably smaller. The only way it even looks like I had surgery is if I wear a push-up bra. It's sad because I never said I wanted to look "natural" or like I didn't have surgery. The day of the surgery, they gave me a bra that was way too small, which left marks, hurt a lot, and was very uncomfortable. On top of that, they sutured the left breast with very few stitches, which left me with a deep open wound for more than 4 months. They didn't care about it and only tried to charge me more money for a "vacuum cleaner" treatment they claimed would close the wound "quickly." It cost around $500-$600, plus $50-$60 each time I went to change the dressing. When I told them I didn't have the money, their only solution was to tell me to go to a wound care center if I had insurance. You might ask, why wait a year to write this? Well, because their response was always: "Every body is different and you have to wait at least a year to see results." So I waited a year, and believe me, every single day I regret it and it makes me sad that I have to wear a bra for it to even look like I had surgery, and that one of my breasts is smaller than the other. When I brought this up, they told me they could "fix" my breasts and that I only had to pay $7,435 because there was a "VIP discount" of -$750 (I don't even know what kind of discount that is). Obviously, I didn't say anything else, because what experienced surgeon leaves you with one smaller breast, poorly sutures you, gives you a bra that injures you, and then wants to charge you more money? (By the way, I had already paid for two surgical bras. When I told them the first one they gave me was too small, they only exchanged one and I ended up losing the money for the first bra.) Also keep in mind, seeing the doctor is a whole process. After the surgery, I had to go three separate times just to be able to see him. He has a lot of positive reviews, but not everything is as perfect as it looks! Supposedly, they put in 485cc implants, but it doesn't look like it. My right breast is quite saggy and they don't even look like silicone implants. Honestly, without a bra they don't look operated at all, there's no shape or definition. They only gave me the implant card days later, and that was because I specifically asked for it. This was my experience, and it was not good at all. I wish good luck to those who want to take the risk of having surgery here.

He was the one I felt most comfortable with. His nurses Angie and patient coordinator Melissa Have been there for me from the very beginning with any questions that I had. I scheduled my surgery two months out. And the morning of Dr. Obaid came in there and drew on me and all the nurses and anesthesiologist were very nice kind and considerate. Dr. Obaid may not be the cheapest, and who knows if he's the most expensive but you pay for what you get. He truly is a master at what he does- he is an artist. I am one that has had five different breast argumentation's in the past by different board-certified plastic surgeons. And he just made me look like a brand new person. My body looks amazing and I can't be any happier and I'm healing very well. If you're wondering what all I had done I had a mommy makeover as well as bodytite to the moms area with liposuction. And liposuction 360, also I had liposuction and bodytite to my chin area and liposuction and bodytite to my arms. Basically I had the works done and he did a fantastic job!!!! Also wanted to give a huge shout out to Lisa in the OR my overnight nurse she was fantastic and that's not even the best word that I can use for her ,because there was no one else that could have put up with me every five minutes needing something without getting frustrated or annoyed. I thought I was sleeping for 2 to 3 hours every single time I went to sleep in the recovery room but really it was just for five minutes and then I would wake up needing something else. Lol I wish I could have taken Lisa home with me. And my morning nurse was phenomenal as well. his staff is truly amazing. but needless to say my experience has been phenomenal and if you're looking for a board certified plastic surgeon then look no further than Dr. Obaid

However, Dr. Obaid called me personally to rectify the situation. If only all Doctors cared this much about what a patient went through! Our case is a very small cyst that has to be removed from my son's head, and he could just as easily moved on to bigger cases. I am extremely impressed that he would take the time to call us and actually cares about what happens to my son. Original Review: If I could give this office less than one star I would. We had a consultation to remove a small cyst from my sons forehead on December 1st 2014 at his Southlake location. I was told that they would get back with me within a couple of weeks once benefits had been verified. I gave them over a month and when I still had not heard back I called and was told that someone would get back with me. Almost two weeks later still nothing. Called last Thursday and was told by the office manager that the person I needed to speak with was on the phone and that she would get back to me within the hour. 5 days later, I called again to be put on hold for almost 10 minutes only to be told that we have not met any of our deductible. I do medical billing and am well aware that we are over halfway to our deductible. I thought that after waiting this long at least the information would be correct. I was looking at my benefits page as I was speaking with her. Absolutely deplorable professionalism. Not even an apology. I guess that since we were not there for high end cosmetic surgery, we did not qualify for professional, courteous or even accurate service.
