The manager there helped me beyond what I thought. not only did she offer assistance, she had a hair appointment that she gave up and allowed the stylist to help me. They SAVED my hair. When I tell you I went there having a break down and crying, Lauren and Sanaz picked me up. They were AMAZING! I can not thank them enough. They were both so kind, assuring, and just the sweetest human beings ever.

He literally solved the problem and took the liberty to contact my local pharmacy and asked them to handle things on their end. Again, I can't say thank you enough. Upon entering the store, I saw two women standing behind the counter, and they did not acknowledge me. I almost walked out at that point because I found it odd they did not greet me. I was in the store for about 15 minutes looking and waiting for someone to acknowledge me. I walked up to the counter to check out and the young girl, Marissa said "number?" I paused and nearly gasped out loud because she did not try to offer me an item to buy at the register. She wrung up my items then I stated I did not want two of them and wanted to go look for something else. As I was walking to look for a different toner, she had reached into the paper bag then threw the items on the floor behind her. I turned around to see if that really just happened and it did. The old lady, Judy, said to her "what does she need?" Then she asked me what I needed, to my reply I said "Now you want to acknowledge me after being in here for twenty minutes now to see what I need?" Her reply was "Well we said 'Hello!' Then proceeded to say "well you brought a dog in here".... Mind you, my SERVICE dog was on a leash and at my side, did not make a noise or mess with anything. There were no signs stating I could not bring her in with me and I have never had an employee at that location or any other location say a word about her. Floored, I asked who the manager was and if it was the lady who had walked in while I was looking and went to the back because she had ACTUALLY HELPED me yesterday. The old lady said "I am" and to my reply "well you both could use some customer service lessons from her because she was so nice and helpful when I was in here yesterday". The young girl Marissa laughed at my response and I said "is something funny?" She nodded yes to my surprise. At that point I was DONE with their deplorable behavior. I asked the old lady Judy who her district manager was and she said "I am NOT giving you that information!" Then turned her back to me. I said "ok, I'll find it myself" and left the store letting them know that they are intact female dogs. I drove to the nearest Sally's after this incident and every employee said oh yeah Judy is AWFUL! She's about to retire and she's old and bitter!
