This store is disgustingly unprofessional. I place an order. A few moments later it was cancelled. I called the customer service number. I had a really terrible experience with another salon, my hair was a burgundy with yellow stripes as highlights...( not by choice) The day after I walked into this Ulta, looking for a toner or a bottled product to somehow help my hair. The manager there helped me beyond what I thought. not only did she offer assistance, she had a hair appointment that she gave up and allowed the stylist to help me. They SAVED my hair. When I tell you I went there having a break down and crying, Lauren and Sanaz picked me up. They were AMAZING! I can not thank them enough. They were both so kind, assuring, and just the sweetest human beings ever. read more

Love it here! Definitely recommend this location, everybody is very welcoming and helpful

Everyone is extremely helpful and well versed in their products. Also, if they do not have the answers they are not afraid to ask another employee for their help and input! read more

this place is awful. they treated me as if I was going to steal all my items I purchase. They also said I can't make any returns.

Planning on a drag queen brunch. Needed some help so off to ultra I went. Walked into the store quickly found Jessica told her I wanted to look like cruella de vil. She sent me directly to Trina. Can I just say WOW!!! They were amazing I showed TRIna the picture I was going for and OMG she is phenomenal. From primer to setting spray and a quick video tutorial making sure I got all the steps correct. Both Jessica and Trina were excited to help me and to top it all off. For the reveal the song over head was Dancing Queen!! From makeup to hair these two ULTA Divas deserve a huge shout out, I love the look and will definitely be back for more looks!! read more

I stopped in this location to look for the items that I had ordered online but never received . The package tracking shows it was delivered in the wrong city . I've called Ulta and am still waiting to done one to call me back to get a refund . This Ulta seemed to be poorly stocked . I thought maybe going out of business Eventually . The Nars display was tiny and the items were not in the right spot as I discovered when I got home and discovered that I had bought the wrong thing .The drugstore makeup side needs organized badly - so many colors were not in the right place. Ulta, why are you making it hard to shop ? I gave up . I bought my 3 things. The cashier was nice I got home -2 of the items were very dried out . not worth returning - I threw them away . I won't return to this location . it needs attention . read more

Saadia, I absolutely hate makeup shopping because I can't ever find the things I bought last time. She swooped and helped me. She found everything she could to help me replace my depleted make up collection. I always feel like a hot mess trying to come in and buy make up. I just wanna find my go to's. She looked at what I use in my daily collection, and found equivalent shades at a reasonable price. I absolutely appreciate the good help she gave me. Seriously if you only go make up shopping twice a year and buy in bulk Ask for her. She's fantastic and listens to what you're looking for. I'm very particular, and she made it so easy. Thank you Saadia read more

I visited your store on Rio Glade in Euless, Texas and was made to feel very uncomfortable. I approached the check line and noticed that the Sales Associate was assisting a customer. I waited patiently. However, there were 3 to 4 other associates behind the counter talking among themselves. Once the beautiful Hannah finished, she asked to help me, but I refused and insisted she check the customer she was just assisting. The customer intervened and said no and allowed me to check out before her. Kindness. Shortly, thereafter, the group of chatting associates finally broke up and offered to assist the lovely lady behind me. Not sure what this was about. All customers should be treated fairly. I shop Ulta often and this level of customer service is not acceptable. Thank you, Hannah for being a light despite the behavior of your peers. read more

Every time I come to this place it's literally the same thing. It's the one closest to my house, so this is usually where I buy my beauty products. I try not to interact with anyone because I get ignored by the employees. Every time, today was the worst. There was one employee walking around, pretending to dust, but she kept an eye on me for some reason, I guess I look like I was going to steal idk. No one ever greets like they do the person coming behind me, no welcome in. How can I help you blah blah blah. I go up to pay for my things and the cashier has a shitty attitude, rude unprofessional and just plain nasty. I think I'll rethink about coming back. I'd rather drive far instead of having to be disrespected in this location. Can we put a negative star? read more

This is a rating for the hairstylist Britney. She sucks, and is not versatile in different hair textures but she will tell u she is but most definitely is inexperienced, do not trust her with your hair. read more

I honestly was super nervous about coming here because I am an avid yelper and I read the previous reviews. So glad that my experience was the complete opposite from others. Super quiet store, very clean and well put together. I came in looking for a new foundation but wanted to try out a couple of different brands instead of just one particular one. Melody had the upmost patience with my needs and walked me around the store to check out different brands. She also was up on her product knowledge and could tell me different things about each brand specific to my skin care needs. Thanks so much for employing such beautiful people, I will be back. read more

Had a horrible experience with the cashier, Christy, on mother's day. Although she claimed to be a manager. I would be surprised if that is true because she severely lacked customer service skills. From previous reviews, this store has had that problem for awhile it seems. Definitely won't be back. read more

I had a misunderstanding about my gift card balance and wanted more information. my cashier, Tomecca was very dismissive and clearly did not want to help. I requested a manager for a more professional attempt at receiving help, as Tomecca insisted she couldn't do anything when all I needed was a breakdown of charges. When the manager joined us, Tomecca continuously tried to talk over me/ talk for me while speaking sarcastically and trying very hard to dismiss my problem. It was a simple issue that was explained thoroughly by the manager, which I appreciated. BUT was almost blown out of proportion by this cashier who obviously likes to cause drama. Thank you to the manager that was there today! Tomecca, get a job you enjoy :( read more

As a fan of Baseball, I like to give people and things 3 times to make it right. On and off for years I have gone in, honestly as a last - quick - resort. Anyone else notice how the "Associates' socialize with each other? If you can get past that and find someone to help you, you're lucky. The last time I did, I received the dreaded I DONT KNOW which anyone is a sales, customer service or retail background knows you really should not say - there's another way to position your reply. So after that and receiving little help with a horrible liquid eye liner that did not last 2 weeks, here is what my daughter experience on Friday February 23; few nights ago; an on line order was placed early evening. At approximately 830 p.m. she called to inquire IF the order was ready. Did not DEMAND IT READY, just called to ask, understanding it might be the next day Here is how the call went paraphrase busy right now, I don't have time and you will have to check yourself if you come in or wait to receive an update. I have to answer the phone and ring people up I'm multi tasking." Yes, I called the next day to give feedback and recommended some training....that is up to them if training will be effective. There are at least 5 or 6 ways she could have handled the call of course. However, "I DON'T HAVE TIME" and "I'M BUSY MULTI TASKING" are not options. Let that sink in the next time you want to spend any of YOUR time or money in this place. read more

Toni helped me and she was great! I was looking for a concealer to help with my slightly dark under eye circles. She actually suggested a brightener that would help color correct because she said my under eye circles weren't that bad as I thought. This Ulta is what an Ulta should be. No real surprises. Although I am continually surprised at my tendency to walk in needing one item but leaving with twelve. Actually I'm not surprised. Remember to grab one of their shopping bags at the front so you're not awkwardly juggling items as you approach the checkout counter like I do. What can I say? They've got what you need for your face, hair, nails, skin. Products from drugstore level cheap to boutique salon quality. Something for most budgets. I recently bought giant bottles of "it's a 10" shampoo and conditioner and I love them! I'm know you can buy them at target, but there's a much bigger selection here! Definitely fun to browse. I can spend a fair amount of time wandering and reading the names of lipsticks and nail polishes. An Affair in Red Square... Barefoot in Barcelona... does anyone know how you get into the field of naming makeup products?? If only there were more people working the checkout counter! Long lines, lots of customers, lots of people asking specific questions and getting their makeup done. Probably not enough assistance. But I found everything I needed! read more

Don't go to this Ulta!! Michelle I hope you read this. I had such a bad service here with me trying to exchange the exact same item just different color. She said I could not exchange it because I used my points to purchase it. She also said that her system changed and that you are not able to do that anymore which makes no sense because I called corporate and they said I was able to do it but, to go a different store since they didn't want to exchange it there. So don't go here to do an EXCHANGE. Something so simple. read more

I tell you what I could just spend hours on end in this store! Unfortunately I was on my lunch break so I did not have that much time. It's in a great location that is fairly new in the Glade shopping center. Their perfume/cologne section is awesome...they have tons of testers to try out. Love the makeup selection also, they have your less expensive brands and then the high dollar stuff including a ton of new eyeshadows that just came out. A saleslady greeted me and kept checking on me, and even asked if I wanted to try on some of their eye colors and etc. I was short on time but definitely want to go back in when I have some free time and play! There are lots of good deals and love their hair care products as well. I purchased my Babyliss titanium flat iron from an Ulta store and seriously have had it for 7 plus years! It works like a charm. I will always have love in my heart for Ulta. read more

If I could give a negative star I would! I visited the Euless location yesterday, and had the most awkward and horrible experience. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left I was "followed" throughout the store. Yes I'm a woman of color, but that doesn't make me a thief! In the climate we are in, I shouldn't be surprised that racial profiling exists, but I still get offended. Train your staff...teach them how to more "covertly" follow brown people. Your staff sucks' I will never be back. read more

Miss Jan is the best! I went in today for help with my eyebrows and she kept it real for me as I didn't want anything over the top. I am just starting to wear makeup and the ladies here have been helpful and patience. They do not try to push so too much and let you explore. They even gave a same sample to try. Although they may not have some brands, it is enough for me to start. I have gotten a Nars concealer and several brushes here. Also they carry KP duty and Kopari brands. I really like their coupons but wished there were not so many restrictions read more

Wow, I was totally taken aback by this location, and not in a good way. First of all, The displays were a mess and the testers were dirty. They had been open for less than an hour, so it's not possible for the displays to have been that badly messed up. And I understand that testers are made to be used, but have some pride in your store and wipe them down when you see that they are covered in old makeup. It looks so dirty and unhygienic. I needed help finding a color match for my foundation. I walked around for a good 5 minutes, unable to find anyone on the floor, so I asked the cashier to help me. Mind you, NO ONE was in line and the foundation I was looking at was right next to the cash wrap, so she could have easily kept an eye on if someone needed to be rang up and stepped away to help them. Instead, she said "I can't leave the register." Um...why? Again there was no line and I wasn't asking her to go to the back room. I was asking for her help literally 5 steps away. Bottom line: Dirty product, messy and empty displays, poor customer service. read more

Do not use their curbside service. I sat in an un-designated spot because there are none, with my hazard lights on for 20 minutes. I called the store and no one answered. I finally went inside the store and no one was handling curbside. A cashier came to help me but couldn't find my package. Then they found a package sitting on the curbside desk with no name. They opened it and it was my item. I was very disappointed. There was no real apology. They just handed it to me and told me to have a nice day. I couldn't believe it. Will never use it again. read more

I have been a long time customer of Ulta, specifically at the Euless TX location. I went in today and was told I have to wear a mask and couldn't shop without one. If you're looking for an amazing haircut, you NEED to go see Sarah!!! She is the best!!! She's so easy to talk to and she really listens to what you want. I went and had no idea what I wanted or what would look best on me. She convinced me to cut 7 inches off and I'm so glad I did!! She gave me a long bob and I haven't wanted to grow out my hair since. She has a really good eye for cuts and color. Someone had previously screwed my hair up by going blonde. It took that girl 8 hrs and it was a yellow which was so ugly and damaged. Sarah did a balayage on me and the color of blonde came out so pretty!!! If you're looking for someone to be honest and not just take your money and is actually good at hair then look no further!!!! Since having her as my stylist, i have gotten so many compliments on my hair cut and the color. read more

so. I came here looking for a nice translucent powder. I was standing in the store looking around with no help for about 5 minutes. Finally I found someone who I thought could help me, but instead of walking me to where the product was that I was looking for, she told me " look on this aisle or this aisle on the end in the bins. if you do not see it there try this aisle" I would have appreciated it if she would have taken the time to show me where the item was then maybe color match me. I am just disappointed by the service. and after explaining to the ladies in the store my frustration i am just over it. My favorite Ulta! Come here at least once a week. super nice people. drove from west Fort Worth once I secured an appointment. Actually turned down an appointment at another salon because I procured this slot. arrived 15 minutes early. waited to check in. was checked in a couple of minutes after my appt time. nothing heavy. I then was told they "don't"/"can't"(I was told both) cut men's hair at this location. I literally selected that in the appointed tool. if you are a male human person, do not expect your hair to be cut here. super nice people. man hair is just too big a risk. far too complex to cut man hair. exceptionally nice people. truly. Walking into the place was fine. I was there for a specific item and wanted to take my time looking and researching different products prior to purchasing. I only had my phone and a small wallet. The only person who asked if I need assistance while looking at the back of a bottle was a nice security officer. He pointed me to the direction and helped me locate an employee. The employee looked at me rudely as if the security guard was escorting me to them for an issue. I immediately felt uneasy, after the employee pointed to the location where it "might be at" I was done with even asking another question for advice. I was better off continuing to research on my own. I wish I would have looked at things online before coming in to seek assistance after I spoke with someone on the phone regarding going up there for help. I will no longer purchase from this location and strictly stick to online purchases only. I do not recommend this location at all. read more

Worse ULTA, if I could I would give it zero stars. I arrived looking for a bronzer. There was a girl (because she looked like a teenager) that was working around the prestige makeup. She saw me & walked away. I don't know much about make-up so I had to hunt her down (I spent like 15 min roaming around trying to look at various bronzers). I even asked the girl if she had a brush so I could see how the bronzer brushes on. She didn't even bother to ask to help, she just handed me the brush. After I applied it myself I went back to her and asked her to help me. She disappeared and I ended up choosing a bronzer and a blush myself. She came back with a really cheap bronzer, which I decided to stick to what I had. I literally could have done it myself. The only reason why I wanted to buy it now is because my 20% off coupon (even on prestige brands) was going to expire, because if I could I would have gone to another ULTA. I also purchased a shampoo and a conditioner of tea tree (1 Liter) each. When I arrived home I saw the ULTA catalogue that there was a special of buy two and get one free. It would have been so much more helpful if the cashier would have told me that I had a free bottle. Previously (in other stores) cashiers would have told me if I didn't know of a promotion. As a platinum member I am very disappointed in the store. I will return tomorrow (unfortunately, to ask for my free bottle) but will not return to that store. Probably just switch to Sephora as the ULTA in Lake Worth has the same poor customer service. read more

This is why I like going to small businesses who need the support instead of corporation that are only here for the stockholders...I went to Ulta today around 12:30pm --not very busy..No one spoke -asked if I needed any help-- I asked one lady to direct me to brow tinting and she seemed like she just got done watching Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure--no sense of communication skills-no eye contact and sent me to the wrong place. I then went to the Benefit Bar and I literally saw the makeup artist watch me from afar and never came to ask me any questions--she then walked pass me and looked back --never a word... not can I help you? are you looking for something? natta...I walked out never to return. uhhhh..shame on the DM and the manager for having such a lazy staff.. read more

This location has probably been open a month now. I have not used the salon. This place definitely has things it needs to work on. I went in for two items from the benefit counter and they were out of both items. There wasn't even an offer to check the inventory or anything. Then she suggests I just get the nyx version and I ask if she thinks there would be a different in quality and she laughed! Then said "no I don't" The I go to check out and the line was so long, with only two cashiers. This seems to be a problem at all ulta locations. Then the cashier didn't even say "thanks for checking us out! Or come back and visit us!" It just all in all bummed me out. read more
