Another 13 has been my signature since 2018 or 2019. But Bergamote22, Lys41, Ambrette9, the'noir29, santal33, are exceptionally blended fragrances and will always be in my collection. See my collection picture. The store manager Jesse is truly a great human! Customer service is quality. Dare I say exceptional by high standards. Recently I mailed my empty Another 13 100ml perfume bottle for their refill service. To my disappointment the refill of Another 13 (refilled in HP Los Angeles) was not well done and the quality I have grown accustomed. I reached out to Le Labo Dallas (highland park) with my concern with the less than quality refill. Store Manager Jesse promptly responded and agreed to reformulate by Another 13 100ml bottle at no additional cost. Yes, I will always shop this location. Thanks Jesse and your Le Labo team. And I hope this description will let people know what an awesome business Theresa has... First of all, the complex is older and has been there for years. You'd have no idea until you peek in the window, what a little treasure of a business lies behind that average shopping center door. When you walk in, you are immediately greeted by lovely smells, cool air conditioning, and a beaming Theresa who you can tell really takes pride in her shop and her product. Tons of hand crafted soaps, many made with goats milk from a farm in Keller, a perfume bar that uses essential oils, little craft pieces of jewelry and copper work, bath bombs and fizzies, bath salts, and a whole line of beer soap made with brews from local breweries here in Texas. And guess who makes all of the product? Theresa! In her own workshop which sits right behind some amazing and huge sliding barn style doors. She's even built her own furniture displays from odds and ends, and broken items that need a little love! If that's not someone who has put their heart and soul into their work, I don't know who is! I purchased three soaps, two milk and honey (local Texas honey!) and a blackberry wine soap with, you guessed it- wine from a Texas winery. This is my go to beauty supply store for the past 6 years. They always have what i need at a reasonable price. Today the younger lady followed me and then acted like she was looking at merchandise. I guess when I walked towards merchandise near the door she thought she needed to ensure I didn't steal $40 worth of stuff. Seriously? I stared at her and when she realized I knew she was following me, she walked back to her register. I checked out immediately to get out of this situation and she looked up expecting me to check out with her. No ma'am! Walked right past and checked out with someone else. The other two ladies were kind, patient, and helpful. This is my typical experience. If I'm followed again and watched by the employees suspiciously, they will lose my business!!
