We went on the site to see where we could smell in person and purchase and the ONLY place that could carry such a luxury brand was The scent room which brought us in. It was love at first sniff :-) We ended up with a personal scent person FRAN (who we just learned is no longer with them) and tend to bring friends by for some amazing scents and events. We have a new person (Hanna) who is a pleasure. You can find amazing smells here and a variety of exclusive brands that you can only buy here. We had the pleasure of attending La Maison Fraplin évent here (July 2023) and got some unique amazing scents and looking forward to the FALL release. Stop by, have a sniff, shop & sip at our favorite fragrance shop in the DFW.

DO NOT BUY PERFUMES FROM THIS STORE…read more I purchased a Baccarat Rouge 540 (35 ml) yesterday, and it turned out to be fake. As soon as I got home and applied it, the fragrance did not last even two hours and had no projection at all, which is completely abnormal for this perfume. The scent itself was also different--everything felt off. I own an original bottle purchased at Nordstrom, so I compared them side by side. The differences were obvious. The batch number that should be engraved on the bottle was missing, which confirmed that the perfume was not authentic. I returned to the store today to get a refund. The employee initially said he would process the return, took the perfume and the receipt, and then suddenly changed his mind, saying he could not refund it because the perfume was "opened" and that he could no longer sell it. After already saying he would return it, he refused to do so. This store is selling counterfeit perfumes. Please do not waste your money here. Buy your fragrances from authorized retailers only.

Le Labo Dallas is an Absolutely beautiful shop and perfumery…read more All of the Le Labo scents I have had the pleasure of trying were well blended, just beautifully crafted. Another 13 has been my signature since 2018 or 2019. But Bergamote22, Lys41, Ambrette9, the'noir29, santal33, are exceptionally blended fragrances and will always be in my collection. See my collection picture. The store manager Jesse is truly a great human! Customer service is quality. Dare I say exceptional by high standards. Recently I mailed my empty Another 13 100ml perfume bottle for their refill service. To my disappointment the refill of Another 13 (refilled in HP Los Angeles) was not well done and the quality I have grown accustomed. I reached out to Le Labo Dallas (highland park) with my concern with the less than quality refill. Store Manager Jesse promptly responded and agreed to reformulate by Another 13 100ml bottle at no additional cost. Yes, I will always shop this location. Thanks Jesse and your Le Labo team. Excellent customer care.
