I ordered 30-inch bundles, but they were thin and skimpy, which was not what I expected given the amount I spent. It seems like influencers receive better quality bundles, which is unfair to regular customers like me. Overall, I'm very dissatisfied with this purchase. I did try reaching out to customer service but haven't heard back yet, hopefully they replace bundles because these are not useable. I am very disappointed once again. Everyone spoke so highly about this company and to receive such low grade hair was unexpected.
