So she did my french tips (incomplete and sloppy lines btw) and then instead of telling me they didn't have pearls i had to ask when she started adding WHITE DOTS on my nails. Girl last time I checked, THOSE ARENT PEARLS. Don't even get me started on my sister nail tech who was constantly on her phone and didn't speak to her at all?? I'm a fifteen year old who does nails at my home and I could do a better job on myself... I never complain about services I received for beauty cosmetics but this was outrageous. 1 Star for pedicure. 4 stars for manicure. This was by far the worst pedicure I've ever gotten. For a $50 pedicure I would expect more than a 5 minute massage. There was no nail shaping, nail cleaning or callus removal done. Not to mention, all the old polish wasn't removed before new polish was put on. The manicure however was done well. I do wish she had done what I asked and shortened my nails. I explained I don't like long nails and she assured me she could shorten them near the end. However just filing them with a small file at the end couldn't get them how short I wanted. I wish she had clipped them at the beginning like everyone else does. I do however like the thickness and shape. I would recommend coming here for a manicure but it's not worth the money for a horrible pedicure. read more

I went it for a refill and a basic gel pedi($35 + gel) , made the mistake of not asking how much the refill or gel for the pedicure would cost thinking it wouldn't be that much. The owner or manager whatever she is named KIM did the refill. She did a horrible job, it was rushed and the FINISHED result is what the picture shows.The ombré was done horribly(she filed the ombré I had came in with off).I clearly had so much product around my nails and I have even asked her if it was finished and said yes that it'll wash off. LOL. I had to harshly scrub my fingers for the product to come off leaving them all irritated! My total price came out to $100 she didn't even label how much she had charged me for each service, it just said $100 on the receipt I didn't argue but I will definitely will not be coming here again. The lady with glasses and a short haircut did my nails as if she was in a rush and the place was empty . The nail tips that they glue on we're very crooked and she cut them with scissors sloppily. Then proceeded to lay the acrylic on with the tips being uneven and even one nail having a small hang nail. After that she proceeded to lay the acrylic sloppily as well. I think most of the acrylic got under my nails as opposed to on top of them. She then over filed the sides of the nails making them from what I wanted which was a simple square shape to some weird squoval/coffin shape. Some nails were thicker and thinner than others and she did not even try to double check the size and to check if they were all the same length and size. I would not recommend this place at all as they are pricey and their work is very sloppy and they obviously do not care. read more

It's clean and quiet and has a nice tranquil atmosphere to relax in. They even offer you a glass of wine when your getting your pedicure. Nice touch. I went around 2pm on a saturday and i was able to be worked on immediately, which is what i like. I don't like spending all day getting my nails done. BIG MISTAKE! My daughter and 3 friends went here during their HS graduation staycation. They made an appointment for four, but the salon made two of them wait an hour while taking care of other customers. A price was quoted when they arrived, but when they paid each girl was charged $10 more. None of the girls nails looked good and they had polish all over their hands. One girl has a cut on her cuticle we will have to watch to make sure it doesn't become infected. Despite their complaints the salon did nothing to fix the girls' nails to their satisfaction. This is a lesson learned for these girls, but do not send your teenage daughters to this salon. They will take advantage of them! read more

Austin does a great job on nails! I get the classic french look every time, and no I don't care that it's so 1999, I like what I like. Keep it simple and keep it classy. Anyways, they have the usual spa chairs and deluxe pedicure options etc. They play fun music in here too and will offer you whatever your beverage of choice including flavored frozen ritas on the house. They seem to have a lot of regulars here too that come here for all of their mani/pedi/waxing needs. Prices are pretty much the same across the board here compared to other nail places in the area. It's tucked inside of a shopping center next to Tom Thumb so you can go get your grocery shopping done after. I was so disappointed in this place. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon & was immediately greeted. I got a manicure & pedicure. I sat at a pedicure chair where 2 technicans worked on my nails at the same time. The hand lady asked if I wanted gel, I said no just color polish. She asked "are you sure; it's what makes your polish last & it's nice", I said yes, I'm fine with just the polish & clear top coat. Both technicans shaped & polished me after a nice massage. But both of them did the exact same thing. My nails was filed squarely but they left a couple of nails rough. They left polish on my skin. Every technican knows when they put polish on the skin where they would quickly clean it up. Nope, not these ladies. Plus they both put Gel on the nails. The exact thing I said I didn't want. I tried to get their attention but I guess I wasn't a regular; because in walked in a man that everyone knew & said his name. My ladies quickly get up & start setting up things for him & other women regulars that walked in soon afterwards. On top of everthing else, they gave me these cheap plastic wraps on my feet that are being held by a cheap sticker. When I get closer to my car, I realize that the plastic had turned under where my foot was touching the concrete. For a Las Colinas salon, I thought I was going to get top notch service. I work in Dallas, so on my way home I decided to get a mani to avoid the traffic. When I walked in I was a little surprised by the fact that a mani was $17, but it's Las Colinas, so I figured their rent is expensive. It turns out that the reason why is that much is because they give you a short shoulder massage, so bring it on! The ladies are not the friendliest, but there is a guy named Peter who helped me and he was super nice, we talked for a long time. My mani was great, he was very good and even when I messed up my nails looking for my keys he didn't let me walk out until he fixed them. When the mani was over, he gave me a shoulder massage and it was amazing! Totally worth paying the extra bucks. I will absolutely go back. Highly recommended. read more
