I have to leave a rating this time, and it's a bad one. They offer a service, but because it's the cheapest option, the work is poor, rushed, and unprofessional. Regardless of whether the service is the cheapest or the most expensive, the quality of the work should be the same; instead, because I chose a standard pedicure, they rushed through it in 15 minutes and didn't provide good service. The only person who actually does the job right is Tammy. The truth is, you take the time to travel there and pay for a quality service--not to get a 15-minute rush job. If I could give this place ZERO stars, I absolutely would. The owner (or whoever the man in charge was) was shockingly rude and aggressive. When I simply asked if I could wait for the same nail technician who did my nails last time, he told me to 'F* off'--completely unprovoked! His behavior was beyond unacceptable, and I genuinely felt threatened by his aggression. No customer should ever be treated this way. It was not only unprofessional but outright hostile. If you value respect, good service, or even basic human decency, AVOID THIS PLACE at all costs. No business should be allowed to operate like this. Welll ALVIN IS THE MASTER OF THIS SHOP!!!! id gotten my nails done by his mom and it wasn't really my cup of tea but he does my nails so good i get so many compliments every single time he does my nails.. the atmosphere of this shop is incredible everyone is always all smiles and so welcoming. I can't find my other sets he's done but anyways I'd def recommend him!!!! read more

I'm telling you that "Lee" is fabulous with powder and nails. She's such a professional. I'm old fashioned and like round, short nails. I also have horrible ingrown toenails and anyone at TNails is great at removing those painful ingrowns. I enjoy going to T's Nails and highly recommend this Salon. read more

Just got my nails done by Vinh! They have good customer service, including chilled bottled water. The place is clean and they use plastic liners in the pedi tubs. I liked it cause Vinh was really nice, made warm conversation but not too much that I couldnt relax. He said just to relax and enjoy. And I truly did!!! I'm a runner so my nails are in pretty bad shape. Vinh fixed all of that! He's super thorough - checking over his work to make sure he didn't miss anything. He did that when he filed, cut, and trimmed. Then again after he applied the polish. I couldn't even see where the polish needed cleaning but he did and he did a great job. I did the Hot Towel spa package and it felt really good and relaxing. Thank you, Vinh! read more

This has been my nail salon for several years. I've never had any issues, none ...not a one. NEW!!! 2015 Labor Day, they've updated all their equipment, massage chairs and nail stations. It's a busy nail salon, if all chairs are taken you'll have to wait 30mins -1hr. There's only five manicure and pedicure stations. I like the personal attention I receive when I'm there. Tom's my guy, he takes care of you. You can make an appt. to save on wait time. read more

Can you give a place a negative star? This has to be the slowest salon ever. And there's a wait. None of the employees seem to care.

I would only go to Chi. She is very good. The lady owner I don't like very much she won't do what you ask and has something to say if you correct her. Quiet busy on the times that I have been on the weekends so I'm surprised they don't have maybe reviews here. Only reason it's getting a 3 is because you can't really go in and expect everyone to do your nails well. read more

Avoid this place like the plague. Nobody makes any effort to speak English, they did my daughter-in-laws nails and it was a disaster. Instead of making her nails into oval shape, the operator squared them off and left bubbles in the acrylic. She went back to get them fixed (supposedly at no cost), and the operator that "fixed them" just filed the sides, applied a coat of polish to one nail, turned off her light to signify that she was finished. I will never, ever go back. I have no issue with people for whom English is a second language, but good grief, at least learn how to say "Thank you." read more

I JUST GOT ASSAULTED AT A NAIL SALON. I seriously have never been so disrespected in my life. I go in to get my nails done from this nail salon in Irving, I wanted to try dip powder because I've never tried it before so I asked the guy questions about it. I can tell he's getting more and more pissed with every time I open my mouth so I keep quiet. He starts mumbling under his breathe about me and I ask to speak to the manager. The manager isn't there but the only person in the salon that knows English approaches me finally (she was texting the whole time, but for sure knew what was going on) and just answers the questions I had for the rude guy. The rude guy gets even more pissed and starts squeezing my thumb. I try to pull away and tell him he's hurting me but he just scoffs and doesn't let me pull my hand away. Finally, I break free and he just gets out of his chair and leaves all the while continuing to talk shit about me loudly to everyone in the salon. No one says a word. Some workers made eye contact with me and were shaking their heads at the rude guy but nothing was done. I would have gotten up right then but the lady doing my pedicure was so sweet and didn't even know how to respond to the situation. I'm too pissed to even finish this story bc it just keeps getting worse. read more
