Its in the same area as the Target - and i've always seen it but honestly due to only coming for the Target I never stopped in. For starters im exteremely loyal to my current salon which isn't far from here - but i've noticed more and more wait times, and less attention to detail so i deceided to start the search for other options. Needless to say I cant wait to go back. The space is so much larger once you enter - they have a team of about 14-16? So they had a very short wait. I paid $130 and got a dip as part of my service. The polish started cracking at the tip within the first 10 days. The guy at the front said it's normal after 7 days . No it isn't. At least not if you're using a decent product. Since they won't stand behind their work I can't recommend them. read more

I wanted a simple black, almond shaped nails. The base price was $50, then they started charging $5+ for shape, etc. They seemed decent at first, but then I noticed how off they looked. After only a few days, they lost the luster and the polish started peeling off. It looked like I had Dragon claws. I ended up spending around $75 after I tipped the tech. Would not do again. **Interior & Seating: It's decorated quite nicely, but it wasn't very clean. There are two large black mini-couches by the entrance, and decent chairs to sit in while they do your nails. **Location: It's in a mini mall area of Irving located near Target, and it is across the street from the Irving Mall. Plenty of parking. Crime isn't outrageous, but you should be aware since Irving Mall has had several incidents. **Service: The man who was at the reception desk seemed fine to interact with but then I heard him use the word "mi den" when referencing me, which is considered an impolite Vietnamese word for "black people". I've come here for a monthly pedicure for two years. They always do such a great job. They offer you a list of drinks as soon as you sit down. There is music playing and they have TVs with the news or a movie on. Wide variety of colors to choose from as well as different treatments. I won't be going back. I asked the owner when I arrived if they had anyone available for my pedicure so that I could get the 10 minute massage. He assured me that the woman doing my pedicure would be able to give a massage with good pressure. It's been a while since I've been here. I called prior to coming in to check if they had time for an appointment for a pedicure and nexgen, specially because they were my favorite place for pedicures because of the leg and foot massage. I barely felt the massage, I felt her nails more than anything else. It was incredibly gentle, not really a massage. My pedicure was mediocre. The owner encouraged me to get a deluxe for the 10 minute massage when I just wanted the basic and could have gone next door to get a reflexology massage. She didn't exfoliate my legs properly, massage, or any of the above. I felt pressured to choose my nexgen color, my nails weren't "shaped", they were already shaped and I took the nail file to narrow the edges. To top it off I was hit with extra charges at the end instead of being told during my appointment that they were going to charge extra for certain things they were already doing or were already done, like my nail shape. This was my favorite salon for 2 years. The staff and service has changed. If you want to give it a chance be sure to ask detailed questions and make sure you're getting exactly what you paid for. I should have just gone to the place in Plano that costs less, is gorgeous inside with a full bar and the women give amazing leg massages. Not my favorite place anymore and I wish they had their old staff from 1-2 years ago. Overall, this use to be my favorite spot. Their massage chairs are comfy. They're pricey like the other big name salons, but you get what you pay for. Oh and make sure you get your complimentary Boba drink. Some of the reviews on here just don't line up with my experience. I had a great pedicure here with a friend. I don't live close by, but I would drive back this way again. Cristina was amazing. She took special care of my cuticles and I didn't even have to ask for that. I love how everything turned out for me. They were busy but we got right into our chairs and we weren't rushed at all. Aw, man. I hate to write a bad review about this place as I usually have a good experience and it's been the place I've been frequenting for the past 6 months. Today I called ahead to see if they were super busy, but they said no problem, come by. When I got there, it was super packed, which was fine. However, I'm not sure if it was because it was busy, but the woman who did my nails was rushing like there was no tomorrow. When she started rushing with the cuticle cutters, I got super nervous! She scolded me and told me to relax and I tried to, but nothing about this experience was relaxing in the slightest. She literally started digging the cuticle cutters at an angle into the corners/sides of my nails, cutting way too much off. It was super painful. Not only that, but then she didn't even file my nails, so I have sharp points in the corners of my nails and they're uneven and awkward looking. Hours later, my fingers still hurt. Like the raw, painful feeling you get when you break a nail, or cut down too far. I know that I should have said something, but I have a hard time speaking up for myself or setting boundaries. At the end of all of this, she didn't even give a brief massage, or anything, which I usually do get when I come here for a gel manicure. Unfortunately I don't think I'll be back again. read more

Honestly, it's not bad. On 7/7/23 I asked the tech for a coffin medium long dip powder set for my wedding. Today is 7/21 and they are still going. I cut them down and reshaped them for work with my own tools at home but they did well. I have been coming here for years! Lately I've been venturing out due to a couple of factors.. I only do a pedicure service: I pick a pedicure, get acrylic on my big toe white top with gel. This service used to cost me $60 somehow it's now $75, $85 or $95 depending on how they decide to ring you up. I still continued to come because my nails always look great! I then realized that I never had the same person, or that the person no longer worked there! Anywho I stopped by on Wednesday got my feet done per usual and it was wonderful experience. Per usual someone new is doing my feet a lady comes and assist him. They offer me drinks everything is fine! I decided that I wanted my nails done so I decided to go back to get my nails done. I walk in and wait a bit before getting serviced. They sit me down and the Katelyn is extremely rude she doesn't say anything to me or my child. Katelyn starts on my nails. Katlyn is rushing and I'm explaining to her how I would like the shape. While Katlyn is doing my nails she's in a full blown text war. I'm explaining things to Kayelyn and she's just texting away. Katelyn is finished laying the acrylic and it's not what I asked. I told her to proceed because she would have to start over to do what i wails like. She starts applying the white tip and I show her the picture of how I would like it. (Which is what I was telling her when she was texting) She then starts slamming stuff down and getting the tools to remove the polish. She's now being extremely rough. I then just asked her to take my nails off because I no longer wanted to pay for this service. She then that's VICIOUSLY cutting the acrylic off damaging my natural nails! I then snatch my hand from her and ask her to not be rough with my nails and to soak them off! She then gets the drill and constantly burns my fingers! (Which I mentioned to her whenever I as originally getting serviced). I asked her again to soak them off. She does that, speaks her language and then another dame to finish her job. She takes the foil and cotton ball off and then starts drilling. It is also hot and I explain this to her. She covers my nails for the soak off again and proceeds to start drilling/burning my other hand! I explained to her (because she sees me all the time) that I come here all the time and that I have never received such terrible service and that I won't be coming back. I've been here about 4-5 times and the first couple of times I went, it was great. But these last couple of times it was not good. I left there yesterday after paying for a relaxation pedicure feeling anything but relaxed! From the time I sat down, you could tell they were talking about me even though I couldn't understand them, it was obvious!! Even the lady next to me was surprised and said "wow, that's rude."
