I'm very picky when I get acrylics because I don't like them too thick but Tina made them just the right thickness. She also did an amazing job shaping them! I went here and while the place is nice looking the service is not. First off they nickel and dime you. They charge extra for everything. The nail tech used old monomer and that's extremely gross. My nails popped off after 4 days. I've never had that happen before. For what they charge they should not be coming off the way they do. If they use old monomer I can't even imagine what else they don't clean. read more

don't come to this place!!!! i came in for a pedicure on a Wednesday at 4 pm i figured since it was not gonna be busy they would do a better job, i was wrong. i asked for tips on big toes. everything was going well until it came to the part where she had to scrub my foot. she started scrubbing with the sponge on the bottom of my foot and then she started scrubbing the top (mind you they never scrub the top of foot) she started doing really hard and it started to hurt really bad and it was burning, i asked her to stop and i was bleeding, she started cleaning where i was bleeding and continued to scrub more, at this point i wanted to leave already because it was burning so bad that i wanted to cry. then she put a lotion that made it burn some more. THEN she put hot towels around my foot. i told her that i did not wanted anything no more. she left it like that and i got up and i told her it was burning but she ignored me. i walked to the front, payed and left. i am very disappointed because i used to love this place until this happened. i will no longer be coming to this place!!! read more

The atmosphere was great and the bar was awesome, the staff was nice however I had chosen a nude gel color at first and then decided to go with a dip powder instead. I asked if I could look at the powder colors and they said their gel and dip colors were the same so the man went to go get the dip for me. As he started doing them I noticed there was a huge difference in color and mentioned it. He just said oh you like? Before that I also mentioned they were too long if he could go shorter and he just smiled and said yes and kept them that length. At the end I asked for a design and he just used the singular rhinestones to make it not the kind of jewels I had showed him. I went to get my nails removed and I was treated like shit. I almost started crying . They had 5 different people helping me. Every time another customer came in, the person helping me would leave me and go to them then another person would come help me. Then the guy at the register was coming back and forth to help me too and rushing and hurting me while trying to take my nails off. I am writing this review because my nail tech Vy did such an awesome jo with taking my hang nails out they are like super terrible and disgusting! She took them out in less than 5seconds!! Went last Saturday and by Tuesday my nails look like trash. She applied to much product to my nails and rushed the process of doing my nail.

This place was okay until it wasn't... I picked out my color, didn't have to wait long which was all great. I felt my pedicure was a little rushed but I understood they were about to close. It comes time to get the gel polish on my toes, and my nail tech takes the toe separators from the person across from me and attempts to put them directly on my feet. Absolutely not, I told him no and he quickly gets up to put paper towels between my toes instead. I couldn't help but to feel uncomfortable for the rest of my pedicure. The woman who runs this place is amazing. Watching her interact with her clients is like watching a movie. She makes everyone feel like the most important client even though you know you're not the only one. Tracy (I think is her name) the nail technician is the absolute best as well. So this used to be my favorite nail salon but recently after the many visits I encountered I think it's the end for me going to this place, and I really wanted to take the time to write a review because I am so pissed off and I tried to give this nail salon a chance but after the many unpleasant circumstances I'm really done with them. First and for most I work very hard for my money and i don't just throw it down the drain like that, when I have my nails done I expect to have a decent job done for the amount they charge, and recently the nail quality is just very poor. First of all let's talk about hygiene the man working the check in desk starts off by touching someone's toes without any gloves and then moves to another lady's toes with out any gloves then I notice he goes and makes drinks without any gloves never even stopping to wash his hands. Then he approached me and started touching here and there it was honestly so disgusting. I literally wanted to get up and leave. Second I don't understand how you can have a nail salon and never have enough people working. Especially on a Saturday which is there most busiest day of the week you have people literally sitting on the pedicure chairs all dipped in water waiting for a technician then this man comes and lies to the customers more and tells them someone will be right with them after waiting for so long with about three to four people still in front of you, then another lady who looks like the owner just comes from one place to another just touching up here and there trying to make it seem like everyone is getting helped when in fact they Are just CHEAP, and trying to save money for themselves while delivering very POOR service. Another thing the most important thing my nails looked so horrible! I picked gel this time because I wanted some change compared to the dip I usually do, and it hasn't even been TWO DAYS and it already chipped. The job was horrible I even noticed and mentioned something before I left and both managers tried to convince me it's just my nail. They didn't even put any protective layer to keep the nail from chipping everyone is rushing here and there to get their money and just send people home with horrible nail service. Quality and hygiene is very important to me so if that's something you are not interested in then feel free to try this nail salon but I'm really done I Spent so much money here and for them to treat me this way and rob me of my money for the better quality of service customers deserve I'm sorry you will loose a lot more customers! read more

I started coming to this nail salon to get pedicures when it recently opened and I always got Lee and he was very good and trimming and filing my toenails but after a couple of months he was no longer there when I would go and every time I go I always get a different person and every single one of them always cuts my nails different. Also they don't paint over my nails very good, they don't take the time to go around the edges with the nail polish I choose or go over my entire nails when they are putting the top coat. The place is very nice and clean but if you go on a afternoon they will be busy and try to distract you from the fact that you've been waiting 40 minutes or more for a pedicure. read more
