Le is BOMB! It's rare that I venture out to new shops... actually was forced to since relocating to Texas in December 2020. She was so helpful and welcoming. Customer service and practical consideration is top on my list, she did not disappoint. She explained my options, explained (unnecessarily) each time she had to step away. I can tell she appreciated me spending my coinage with her and I felt it with each interaction. Kindness and genuine client concern are so underrated so I'll be back for sure. I'm always offered water and granola bars. They have an assortment of pedicures with various herbs you can select from as desired. I had the most amazing experience yesterday evening at this nail salon. Amy did a phenomenal job on my ombré nails! Not only was she so kind and sweet, she gave me a neck and arm massage while my nails dried. The entire staff was incredibly friendly! I ended up being there later and typically when a place is getting close to closing time, you feel rushed. Not here. Amy took her time to make sure my nails looked perfect!! This was thee WORST experience I've ever had at a nail salon. DO NOT go to this salon.... I spent two hours in the shop, they didn't provide the services asked for, acrylic was terrible and super thick, nail color was wrong and fingers and toes were different colors. I asked for a discount since I am not a happy customer and I cannot stay an additional hour for them to "fix" both my fingernails and toes nails. They refused provide a discount, I refused to pay over $100 for horrible results and so they cut up my nails and took my picture. I knew mid service I'd never come here again. Pics is the color I asked for and what I got. My fingers burgundy and my toes were dark orange and their attitude was OH WELL. I was treated like a criminal for my complaint. *** For those concerned, COVID-19 precautions are followed every time. I've never felt unsafe or that the owners aren't taking the CDC guidelines very seriously. Plexiglass dividers are at all stations as well as dividers between pedicure chairs. Every station is sanitized before allowing another client to be seated. PPE required i.e. employees and customers must, at minimum, wear masks at all times. Everyone is respectful of the protocols and you see sanitization occurring constantly. *** As my Google review says, I've been with Le for a long time (13+ years) and have absolutely enjoyed her consistency in quality and customer service. Now, she's the new proprietor if WORLD Nails! She's already made improvements in the salon to breathe new life into it and, of course, brought her quality work to the forefront. As I said in other reviews, I've traveled over 30 miles each way for an appointment with her. As the daughter of a nail tech, I'm very critical of quality and Le has not disappointed! Nice employees; terrible service. I booked an appointment for a full set, pedicure and eyebrow wax. When I arrived they acted like they had no idea about my appointment. They rushed through my pedicure, put my tips on, then left me to sit and wait while they started on a walk in. I was left sitting with tips, not able to use the restroom or use my hands, for an hour. This place totally saved my night and just became my new nail shop! Called five minutes before closing time and the manager up front cheerfully invited me to still come by, that they would be waiting for me! Walked in and they had the chair ready and wine ready to offer! This is my first ever pedicure at any nail salon. I was visiting family here in Arlington, and my heels were cracked and got little out of control to a point where I didn't want to take care of it myself. So I found this place on Yelp, after reviewing several, I decided to give this place a try. It's a small nail salon, nothing too fancy on the outside, but the inside is little fancier than the look of the outside. I got in and lady immediately took care of me. Told me to go pick a color, then it started! Just like that. The pedicure is $27, which really isn't bad for everything they did for me. So here's the service I received, REALLY NICE cuticle care, the lady went to town with my tough cracked heels and turned out to be baby soft, hot towel and hot stone followed by a massage, of course the paint and then 10 min of dry time. Quality of the massage was average. Nothing too special. The lady took extra good care of the overall appearance of my feet and it's super moisturized and all that. Overall, very satisfied. I'd go back there when I'm back in Arlington. read more

I got a classic pedicure and gel manicure. I was pleased with both as well as the entire staff of this establishment. From when I walked in the door they were pleasant, accommodating and attentive. I felt like I had been there before. Even the nail tech guy thought he had seen me before, who are we kidding...he's prob seen a number of ladies like me. Shout out to Super Nails for being locked up at 6:50pm with a 7pm close time and the "open" sign still lit. (I guess people got places to be) But as a result, Google store hours listing led me right to this salon! I appreciate World Nails for taking ladies even after 7:15pm and not rushing their clients or seeming overly anxious to close up shop. You guys know it happens. Come COB at any job most of us are all ready to go home after a full day's work, but for those of us coming to a salon after work, the gym or whatever kept you 'late', it's recognized when those who are able to, stay a few extra minutes to wrap up (or appear to want the clients' business). I'm not trying to say make a habit of going to nail salons at the last closing minute either. This was a Tuesday evening. Perhaps it would have been a different story on the weekend. I arrived close to 7 and was out of there with a complete mani and pedi right before 8! In addition to the quality customer service and thoroughness, I liked the massage chairs with clean remote controls, flat screen TVs (audio on) and the overall cleaniness of the shop. My nail guy took good care of my cuticles and even did an extra coat or 2 on my mani without me asking. No bells and whistles with the classic pedi (priced at 23.80) but it's also not the "regular pedicure" they have on the menu. Although I've been to Super Nails directly across the street more times and this shop is slightly smaller in size, I am even more open to returning here now. If looking for a good salon in North Arlington, try them out for yourself! read more

Worst set of powder dipped nails I've ever had! I told the lady several times that the application of powder was too thick, asked her if she could please smooth them out, she used a buffer block which left lines. Then there were lots of bumps from the powder dip, she then became upset and defensive and insisted her opinion of the job was acceptable. I also had to ask her to remove the red powder stains that spilled onto every one of my cuticles, she tore my cuticles from filing and scraping the stains off. It was a horrendous experience from beginning to end. I walked out of there with red blobs for nails. I'll never go back to this place again. read more
