I booked an appointment online and the front desk girl seemed clueless as to what I was talking about. Seemed impatient and rude. Does anyone else get the feeling that if you aren't there spending crazy money for acrylics that they don't want to waste time giving you service??? Is that just me??? Looking for a friend. LOL I didn't feel relaxed at all while there. The girl who did my gel pedicure at one point cut to deep with the cuticle cutter. She kept saying it was an ingrown, but I didn't have an ingrown. She put alcohol on it and I do think it bled a little. I kept thinking my toe is going to get infected, but today it looks fine. They don't offer many color options IMO. I really do hate that especially when I'm trying to create a look I seen on Pinterest. Someone send me a legit place to go in Arlington. They gave me a $2 coupon at the end of my service. They know they did me wrong there. Would not go back. read more

I recently found this salon and was excited that it's near my house and does builder gel. First experience was good, was a bit annoying that one of the employee girls was lingering around watch my nail tech and flirting with him (Daniel) the whole time . Booked my second appt with Daniel for the same service about a month later. Walked in on time, sat right behind him for 15 minutes while he did the other employees nails. Then comes over to me to tell me that he stopped doing builder gel. Like uhm I booked this appt for builder gel. So then he sent over one of his other peers to do my nails while he grabbed lunch and did someone else's pedicure. Really made no sense. How do you stop doing a service you just did 3-4 weeks prior. This is why I stopped going to these types of salons and went to a private salon. read more

Came here on a Monday night with no appointment and they gladly took me! I was super grateful as I just happened to be in the area and needed my nails done before my trip. I got acrylic dip powder and my nail tech Daniel was so precise and had such a great attention to detail. He was amazing in doing my nails and I will absolutely be back soon - even when the store was closing he made sure my nails looked great and didn't rush me out at all, which I felt bad about as I didn't want to hold them back! They provide complimentary drinks (wine, margarita, water, soda) included with your service and the ambiance is big. There's lots of parking out front as it's in a strip mall but the sign is easy to find. Can't wait to come back for my next set! read more

I've been going here since I moved to the Arlington area about a year ago. I went to several new salons until I landed here. I've always had a great experience and I don't think I've ever been unhappy with my sets. I have only ever had 1 or 2 nails even break and if I went in they fixed it for me free of charge. I get so many compliments on my sets and have never had a negative experience with any of the employees! My sis and I tried them on a last minute find from yelp. Got a pedi from Yen and gel-x from Trinh. Needless to say I happy I chose them and both ladies did an amazing job! I give them a solid 4.8 only because on that particular day and time we had to wait (although pedi soaking) about 35-45min before our services actually started, nonetheless the wait was worth it. This was my first time coming to this nail salon and it was also my first time doing my nails in a long time. As soon as I walked into the salon I was greeted and asked to fill out their form. I was then shown to where I would be getting my pedicure and new full set dip service done I sat down and they immediately start working on both services at the same time great I actually loved that! Mia who was doing my pedicure was absolutely amazing so took her time and provided excellent customer service I was highly satisfied with her service. Unfortunately I was not satisfied with the service I received on my hands it was very rushed it was so rushed that she finished before my pedicure was even done she hardly filed my nails my spouse even noticed how uneven my nails where filed some nails are thicker than others the whole service was just rushed on top of that I wasn't aware you have to pay for them to file your nails and push your cuticles back every salon I have ever been to that's automatically included but at this salon it is not which was surprising to me. I would come back because of the service I received from Mia I would just request a different person to do my dip service who isn't going to rush through it for $100 I expect better and not rushed through service! read more

Yes, but ask for Tammi. She came to my aid at the end of my nail re-do and put a lot of effort in getting the nails that had not been properly done, right, all the while chatting easily. I strongly recommend if you are not wanting a gel manicure you definitely ask for her because the others do not put much effort in when they do a "regular" manicure. The back story: A week ago, I got a lovely pedicure, which has held up well, and a "regular " manicure. Two days after I got the work done, my manicure began to chip. Four days in, two nails had peeled so severely that you could no longer tell they had been polished. A week later, after I'd come back from being out of town, I returned to the nail salon. I showed them pictures of how the nails had peeled. The only thing they said by way of explanation was, "with regular nails, it can chip." They said they wished I'd come back right away but they did assign me to a young woman to redo them. She spoke very little to me and gave me the wrong color to begin with! I insisted it wasn't the correct color (#165). She finally admitted they were out of that color! But they clearly had tried to cover that up by assigning that number to a different color! After she quickly colored the nails twice and put a top coat on them, she had missed places on several nails. When brought to her attention, she repainted the sides of two of them and said, "No more," and walked away! read more

We didn't have to wait long even though we were a walk in. They made sure we all sat together. Their prices are reasonable and they have a nice variety for pedicures. My massage was a little too aggressive. She was able to adjust based on me squirming and telling her it hurt. My polish was not done well though. It was all over the skin and as a result it came off really quickly but the pedicure itself was good. read more

The facility is lovely and clean. The employees, including the lady who greeted me, are so nice and polite. Mia did a wonderful job on my pedicure. She was very thorough and gentle on a couple of places on my toes that were a little sore. She gave superb hot stone and hand massages of my legs and feet. The paraffin and warm towels were great, and I liked being able to select a fragrance that I was happy with. I will definitely go there again and next time will add a manicure! read more

They sanitize everything between clients,offer courtesy drinks during your service, very friendly staff, multitude of services, and payment options available. This salon lives up to its name - AMAZING! I was in town for a reunion in September (around 6 weeks ago) and wanted to treat my mother for her birthday, along with a friend from high school. The salon/nail bar appears to be brand new with fantastic décor and tons of new massaging pedicure chairs. Everything, including the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. We had a full range of services from basic and gel manicure, several levels of pedicure (one with gel), and a full set of acrylic nails for me. My pedicure and full set lasted beautifully and all nails stayed on, without chips, until I got another pedicure and fills at my regular salon at home a few days ago. The staff were professional, kind, polite, and very good at providing the full range of services. They were also careful to let each of us know when something extra that we requested or that they offered would be an additional cost. I will definitely return next time I am in town! read more
