This is usually my go to place to get my nails done. I haven't found my favorite nail tech yet. I'm still learning as i go. They are nice and friendly. This time I came in I showed a nail inspo pic to the nail tech who was working on me and asked the nail tech if he can do this for me. He told me yes but as he was working on my nails it didn't look like the picture. I thought he was going to add more detail to the nails but he didn't. I did tell him that I don't like it. I didn't put any blame on him. I just didn't like it because it look nothing like the picture I showed him. He didn't get upset with me. He stayed calm and I suggested to put chrome on it cause I just didn't like it. So my only advice is to make sure that whichever nail tech is working on your nails to make sure they can make it look exactly like your inspo pic or have them explain what they can do. Hear me out. Yes we know Fridays are busy . Yes we came after working all day . No other day this week could we come in . I called Thurs to see what the latest time we could come in was . The girl interrupted me twice talking to people in the background I suppose and giggling. She finally answered me the caller . Couldn't come that day , so we tried today . There was were several people before us but I was getting a dip and daughter a gel mani. The seemingly head lady said there was a wait , five ahead of me . A long while passed and the girl at desk apologized and gave us refreshments. A bit later we were seated at a desk only to wait even longer and have a woman and a child that came in after us and did NOT have an appointment (I paid attention) get seated for her mani pedi brow and something for her little girl. The head lady had moved on to another woman and was pointing out to the girl at desk that we were here first and that we BOTH were getting a service . Well the girl asked me she's not getting anything right (I signed her in too) I said she's getting her gel nail . I had seen several women come in for pedicures and they were quick to serve them . While sitting there, the tech I usually see heard me ask why the woman and child were served before us. He said they were busy and asked why I didn't come earlier . So I explained I had to work all day. I guess he didn't see us there for 1.5 hours . He asked about tomorrow but I can't come tomorrow either . I would have been ok with the long wait , but to have people served that walked in long after to be served first (near closing time ) because they thought they'd make more is appalling . We will go elsewhere . read more

I would give this place negative stars if allowed!!! This is by far the WORST nail salon to ever go to! Mine and my daughters full acrylic sets popped off by themselves within the first 24 hours of having them. My niece's gel polish completely peeled off within 12 hours of having them done. None of the nail techs listened to what we wanted. My nail tech tried to switch me with 2 other customers and when she was unsuccessful, she payed more attention to other customers than me. She applied glue and powder on the skin surrounding my nail to thr point all of my fingers were raw when the nails popped off. They didn't do the basics of a manicure either; no cuticle trim or nails cut to the appropriate length for a acrylic set. I had to wait 10 minutes while the nail tech ate her food in front of me at her station. There were nail techs and customers yelling to talk to each other so they can be heard because of the amount of people in salon. There were a significant amount more of things wrong here.. They don't do refunds either!!! read more

This place is horrible! The prices online are way less. When I brought it to their attention they were rude. I had to argue with them for 5 minutes before they finally let me pay the online price. Everything here is about squeezing every dollar than can get out of you. Usually when I go in my nails look good but the past few times my nails have broke or came off early. I typically get acrylics with a little bit of design and this last time the lady I went and saw for my nails messed them up so badly that the acrylic and polish is chipping off and I got them done YESTERDAY!! I've never had an experience like this ever when having acrylics from anywhere else and she kept messing up my nails and having to spray acetone to fix it. In the end she sprayed it again and basically took off my whole top coat causing it to start chipping by the time I came home and had something stuck onto my fingers and polish was everywhere. Also while doing my nails the lady was watching the TV and kept making me bleed by filing my skin. I do not recommend coming here. read more

If you want a pedicure this is the place to go! "John" does really good on your feet for sure. I usually only get my toes done here but I had decided to get my nails done yesterday. "Helen" did my nails. She did good although she did cut quiet a few of my cuticles. I asked for square shaped nails and she still put coffin shaped nails on. And the nails she was putting on me were too wide at the base so on one of my nails you can see where the acrylic didn't cover it as well. The color came out nice, I'm just more irritated at the fact I literally asked for square nails, and they're most definitely coffin. I paid $50 for these, and they're not even long. Came in here to get a pre Easter pedicure and I wish I hadn't. The tub didn't have a lining so I asked for one and the man said they got rid of them but the water was clean. I found this pretty unsanitary and was assured that it was "clean" Once the water started going a long piece of hair emerged from the water. (This really fucking happened.) He then quickly grabbed the brown piece of hair and disposed of it in the trash. Shortly after about 2 minutes another climb of hair floated from the water. I kid y'all fing not. I had an appointment with CONNIE for 6:30pm walked in the door by 6:33pm and already had to wait because she was still doing somebody else's nails per usual! After almost 10mins of waiting another girl comes in and says she has a 6:30pm appointment with Connie as well. Very dissatisfied with their customer service. They are also very over priced. If you zoom in closely you can see that there are spots on the nail where none of the dip powder stuck and the nail tech REFUSED to re-dip my fingers. Tonight Howdy, as always did my nails. The nail art was ugly, and he even said it was ugly! The nail design I wanted included purple base and pink on top. When the design didn't look anything like I wanted, I said just take it off and give me a nude with no art! He had already did my toes, but because I want my toes and fingers to match, I asked him to remove the purple from my toes also. The art on my toes wasn't the best, but it was ok. Who walks around with purple and pink on their toes and nude on their fingernails? We are ok with the change. The owner's daughter proceeds to tell Howdy that they don't need customers that don't love them...WTF! I asked do you guys not care about customer service? She says no! I was like... WoW! Let me get my nails done so I can get out of here.The problem came when I said the purple is still on my nails. He says, what you want me to do cut your finger off? At that point I am leaving...Hell I have to go buy some polish remover and polish to redo my toes and my nails! She tells me to pay them! A fill comes with nail polish??
