Then with the help of my stylist, she recommended some amazing products that they sell in-house. The customer service was phenomenal too... immediately upon walking in, I was greeted and offered something to drink. It's a wonderful little shop that has a boutique-type atmosphere. I've been waiting for WEEKS for my Saturday appointment with a master stylist. I work full time, go to school, and I'm the primary caretaker for my 84 year old mother. Saturdays are the only opportunity I have to get personal things done. And of course their Saturdays are booked weeks in advance. They reached out to me four days before my appointment and tell me the stylist is not going to be at the salon on Saturday and they cannot accommodate my appointment. If it was some kind of emergency I would 100% understand but clearly it wasn't because they said the stylist was opening her Thursday schedule and they could move me to Thursday instead. Loved my experience here! Front desk was friendly and booked me in as a walk-in, which was dope! My stylist Carissa (I think) was friendly and knowledgeable about how to cut/care for curly hair and made me feel right at home! It was so relaxing to be here and was a super time-efficient experience. The vibes here were chill but busy, and everything is perfectly spaced out too (so you're not right on top of your neighbor). From walking in to walking out, this was the best salon experience I've ever had. Joe was amazing: I came armed with pictures, and wanted a professional opinion on which he thought would work best. He picked a hairstyle and explained why. He also explained why he was doing what he was doing through the whole process. He was patient and kind and personable and was willing to discuss the optimal styling tools for my hair and my cut. I chose a "Master" stylist for this first cut, thinking that once I finally got a good cut/style, I'd then use a stylist down the ladder from Master to maintain my cut, but I'd rather pay extra to sit in Joe's chair again! It has been a few months since I tried this place. I was so excited to try it since it is in my favorite little town and the atmosphere is so cute!!! But I left very disappointed unfortunately. I did book with a Studio level person. Her professionalism was amazing! She was very sweet. However she cut my hair very very uneven. I brought it up during the appointment so she trimmed more off which looked better at the time but then I got home and noticed it was still uneven. Also, I have very long hair and I asked for layers framing my face when she cut my framing pieces way too short. It was very obvious. I need a new stylist in Texas and this was my first try. A month later I went back to my stylist in Washington because it was so bad and she said the same thing and fixed me up! As I'm looking for stylists again thought I would leave a review on this place. I recommend going for the master level if you can afford it or go if you have a recommendation. Otherwise the price was not worth the cut in my opinion. read more

Will has helped me grow out my thick locks and kept it so healthy. This is hands down, my favorite salon in Coppell. I have never had a cut that kept it's shape for so long. I ought to know, because I go WAYYYYY too long between cuts. Will is always very professional and he works quickly but does not make you feel rushed.
