Prices are good. Super clean. But what I got wasn't what I wanted/asked for. I even asked if the stylist wanted me to keep the photo out and was told it wasn't necessary. Showed the picture at LEAST 4 times and was told that this is popular cut which put me under the assumption that it was doable. When asked if I liked the cut, I said that I thought it should be shorter. I was shocked when the reply was "Your hairline can only go up so far". Hairline and haircut are two different things. I zipped my lips and just agreed to everything so I could get out of there and get it fixed elsewhere. Now to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Update: Went to another salon and got it taken care of.

And I don't even dread going to my next appointment (I traditionally dread any upcoming appointment), I'm actually looking forward to it. The vibe at Renata is casual and comfortable and fun. You get one appointment a month for $10 less than the regular price, and get a discount on additional blowouts too and a few other perks. (There is also a Double Barfly which gives you two $10 discounted blowouts per month). I think I have had a different stylist each time I have been here, but they are all good. They ask questions about what you are wanting and you can select from a menu of styles. Free drinks and movies to watch also. Most of the time my hair looks good for nearly a week afterwards so it's been worth while. Easy to make appointments online (they have an app too, which I haven't tried yet, but intend to). You do have to provide a credit card for the cancelation policy but that is fair.

I had to wash my hair after 2 hours and redo it myself for another event I had that night. Thankfully I got my money refunded, but I would still never go back. The hairdressers are so inexperienced.
