She has been at OneSalon for sometime and she has been a professional for over 20 years. She continues to offer the best of the best. There was plenty of parking. As I pulled up I noticed that the building was inviting. I arrived 25 minutes earlier than expected. Still I was greeted upon entering the building. Given paperwork to sign and complete. There is a small boutique that has a variety of fun items available for purchase while waiting. I noticed all staff wore masks and gloves. I still did not wait but perhaps ten minutes total before I was brought back for my appointment. Jon did a great job of communicating prior to appointment so I was more than ready to begin Microblading session. Still he asked about what if any expectations I might have, photos of desired looks, questions or thoughts before we began. He walked me through each process prior to starting each one. I felt comfortable and at ease. He was complete professional and thorough. I'm 100% satisfied with service and staff. Highly recommend. read more

Absolutely loved the attention to detail the kindness that was extended the positivity and hope that was given with a good sense of humor mixed in. My mother and I recently visited this salon for a wig fitting, as she is about to start chemotherapy and will need a wig. The compassion and kindness from everyone in the salon was incredible. They made this experience seamless and pleasant for my mom. Everyone was so knowledgeable and eager to help. We are definitely going to return when Mom is ready to be fitted for bras, as they also carry post-mastectomy products. I would highly recommend this place! read more

What a great experience! I was coming in from out of town for one day, which also happened to be my birthday...and at the last minute and on a whim I decided to see if I could find a salon where I could get a massage & also get my hair cut/colored - a long shot, I thought. I spoke with the owner, Michele, who was incredibly friendly and told me they would "find a way". Sure enough, I was able to schedule both a massage & hair appt for the next day. Sue, the massage therapist, was absolutely amazing - very knowledgeable and great at what she does. One of the best massages ever, seriously. And Angie came in specifically to do my hair...I love her! Very friendly and personable, as well as obviously very well educated about hair. She reached out to me before my appt to get an idea about my hair type and what I was looking for, which impressed me. She made me feel completely at ease and confident that she would be able to achieve what I was wanting, which she did - I love it! The atmosphere of the salon was very modern while being charming and cozy at the same time. I can't say enough good things about this place - even though I live 2 hours away, I plan to visit as frequently as possible - it's that good! read more
