The girl didn't wash my hair well at all, the whole area around my head was still dry when she finished so I had to ask her to actually wash my hair again then she didn't rinse the soap out. I only had an hour break and tried to help her because it was literally barely dry and she hadn't styled it at after an hour. They wouldn't let me help and I had to leave with half dry/frizzy/itchy unrinsed hair.
