But, it obviously was. I left with the most uneven bob looking trash haircut I've ever had. I tried contacting Cecelia the owner to see if she could help me out and maybe fix it or something. I finally made an appointment with another salon to fix the mess. I've called 4 times, and emailed, I did get a call from the girl that did the bad job basically calling me a liar talking about bangs and that was not the issue. 8 days later I finally get a call from the owner Cecelia and she didn't care at all. She said she would try to fix it but, I already had an appointment elsewhere and honestly don't trust them to do it. Then she just hung up on me. I sat I her chair and gave her my long list of demands I stored up from a string of 5 or so bad hair stylist experiences. And she loved me anyway. At least she succeeded in mending my broken salon experiences and getting me to look forward to doing my hair. I eventually showed her I was not actually crazy, just in a bad place. I hope, haha. Almost ten years later, I enjoy sitting in her chair and letting her do her thing. She is always growing her knowledge of her industry and craft. She is a great stylist and colorist. I have left every appointment with Philip SO happy with my color, and we haven't even gotten around to totally fixing it (I've been out of town so much and haven't had time) to what I originally wanted at the other place a year ago, but my hair looks fantastic and I always feel SO much better leaving Studio 125. Not only that, but Philip is awesome at making just the right amount of conversation and doesn't make you feel awkward when (like me) you have to keep working while in the chair. Over the summer, my hair was professionally, yet grossly, over processed. Now, I have collected more hair in a bag than I have left on my head. My hair and my heart have suffered. Lina took her time, said extensions weren't for me right now due to my level of damage, and opted for a cut instead.
