I came in for an eyebrow wax, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing due to the following: A stick with wax was accidentally dropped on my cheek. Wax got into my hair. I left with a fresh skin abrasion under my eyebrow. When I brought up my concerns, I was told: "Your hair is in the way" "You already had that cut before" "I don't know how it happened" Despite the issues, I was still charged the full price. I'm sharing this feedback in hopes that future clients receive more careful treatment and more professional responses to concerns. read more

I love this brow salon! This location is clean, the ladies are friendly and they get you in and out. I normally go to the Cooper location near UTA but I've been coming to this one more because it's actually where I originally started coming. Today Yash serviced me and did a great job but I was happy to know that Bobbi (my usual go to) is now at this location Wed - Sunday, which is when I typically come for services. Excellent spot! Very efficient and fairly priced. I popped in on a weekday without an appointment. There was one customer in a chair already, but I got checked in and seated right away. Two services = $16. Very friendly service and I greatly appreciate their mask requirement. Highly recommend! read more

Will never return to this Salon. Went for eyebrow threading and brow tint and had the worse experience. First tech didn't know what she was doing and left a scar from the thread, so another tech took over. Will drive the additional Distance and go to Glam India. read more

I came to this brow vixen as a last minute eyebrow stop because I had an event to attend the same night. I noticed it took the iggys spot and i'm sure that's why it was empty when I arrived, so I was immediately treated. My eyebrows are straight so i prefer to get them waxed because I can never get an arch or shape with them so i just go for a clean look. When I arrived though, the eyebrow tech suggested I thread and promised to do justice to my eyebrows AND SHE DID!! I wish I remembered her name so I could recommend her to everybody, but she is truly talented at what she does! Normally I go to the Brow Vixen off country club, but I recently moved closer to the Broad location . I've been contemplating on changing locations because I loved my normal tech . BUT I am so happy I made the switch ! Beautiful inside , very upscale looking and my new tech was super sweet and knew exactly what she was doing ! I got a brow thread and tint , which is easy to mess my eyebrows up with the tint because they are so blonde and I like them a light brown but my tech made them perfect ! This company has always done an awesome job but after my last appointment I am definitely switching to the Mansfield broad location! Thank you for your work ! read more
