Listen, the "mini TOP pedicure" is the BEST pedicure I have ever had! I recently moved to Texas and I saw this cashier at Walmart nails, so of course I had to ask her were she got them done! The best part was that the salon is less than 10 minutes from my home! I called ahead of time to make sure there was availability and Tim told me to come in an hour. (It was a Monday so not that busy but there were still walk-ins) Anyway back to the service, Mai, did a real good job with my pedicure- to the point that I almost fell asleep! However, I would say that if you're getting this particular pedicure to make sure you're not in a rush because it is a little over an hour- but soooo worth it I also got my nails done by Tim, and you can tell he's a perfectionist, nice and neat work. I guess I should have looked at the reviews before going. This was a bday gift for myself and it backfired. First time going here and it will be the last time. The nail tech cut me under my nail bed on my thumb. She kept pushing her own nail into my skin. I pulled back twice and she kept doing it until I pulled my hand back a third time and told her that hurt. She did not bother looking up at me or apologize. I got a mani and pedi done by the same tech. She was messy and uninterested. Horrible service, but it sounds like they love their clients they already know considering their reactions and lit up faces. Which is great, but they should be excited about new clients because that means more money! My toe has an infection as well. I'm not a diabetic, but my parents are. This is dangerous to a diabetic or anyone that has autoimmune diseases. I'm beating myself up for tipping $25. I never tip less that that, but in this case I should have. I appreciate these types of services so I tip graciously anywhere I go. It's always $25-$40 tips. I need to find a more professional place that isn't afraid of getting creative with nails. When getting my pedicure done ,she was trimming the dead skin and cut my toe on both feet one began to bleed badly after she was done I asked for a tissue or something to help and she didn't really apologize just took the nail polish off that was ruined by blood and then didn't even give me any percent off after leaving two of my toes cut and when she waxed my eyebrows my left one dosent even look like my right one it was my first time ever there too. read more

Went in to get my nails done with my sister and even brought in pictures of what we wanted. the nails were completely wrong, not just thw inability to paint the specific design we requested, but even the colors were wrong. The guy doing my nails put glitter on them for absolutely no reason, it was not requested or in the photo which was on the table the entire time. I'm not one to tell a person how to do their job and I trust that the nail technician knows how to do their job. However, when he pulled out the top coat, i stopped him and asked if he planned on adding the missing color, which he said he couldn't do. He refused to fix the nails and even said it was my fault for choosing the length i did, which does NOT correlate. I have a cosmetology permit myself and am familiar with the territory. I left with absolutely no polish on my nails and was charged $40, upon calling back was told the pricing was $30 for a full set. prices are nowhere in the store. the man doing my nails was bleeding from his fingers as he did them, even got blood on my hands, the guy doing my sisters cut her finger causing her to bleed. when we told them we would just go home and fix them ourselves, my nail technician laughed in our faces. 10/10 would never return or suggest to even my worst enemy. read more

Worst pedicure I've ever gotten!! The people there were not friendly, acted like they didn't speak or understand English well. They acted rushed to get people out of there and the lady wasn't paying attention to what she was doing and got the back of my leg with her sander.
