I didn't like my toes due to her making my French tips too thick! After expressing that I didn't like it the tech became rude and nasty, she hit my cuticle with the drill after I said I didn't want the service anymore. At that point I made her stop told them I would pay and wouldn't return. I feel like this shop is for older women who may not be looking for newer designs or techniques. They also need to work on customer service.

I am very satisfied with the service. Every detail was perfect. If my pedicure needed more time, they did it right, no attitude, I watched everyone do their service with a good attitude, nice job too! After all, nothing feels better than looking good, and getting the best service is what it is all about! See you next time I am in town!

I'm so sick and tired of these businesses charging an arm and a leg for shady service.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I drove to nail salon 5 minutes after calling, nail tech(2) sitting with feet propped up on their phones, one tech with a customer...the only customer that they were so busy. She half repaired the two nail, one lifted completely off, the other peeled(gel). Next day, other hand peeling and the one repaired chipping.... utterly disgusted and disputing charge for the nails, not pedicure.

So hubby and I were passing by after having dinner at Lonestar Burger and while walking to our car…read morewe passed by this nail salon. I had been looking for a good nail salon and have never been before and decided to go in. I was immediately welcomed in and I asked did they have time do my nails. They said yes. A told the nice little lady this was my first time and I did not really know what I wanted. She placed several nail color swatches in front of me and I selected the color I wanted. She asked did I want to try the dip? And of course I said ok because I did not know what nail stuff was. She was very gentle , asked me what length I wanted and through out the whole process she kept asking me did the shape look ok. It did. Then another little lady came by and brought my husband and I a bottle of water . What a nice gesture! There was. TV mounted in the wall behind the lady and had gentle, soothing music playing and serene images on the TV. It was so relaxing in there I wanted to fall asleep. She finished in about 45 minutes. She oiled my fingers and then put lotion on both my hands and then began massaging my hands and fingers! Bones were a popping and cracking and I looked at her and we both burst out in crazy laughter because I told her that I was not expecting that! She asked did it hurt? I said, no, keep going and we could not stop laughing. My nails look so beautiful ! Everyone was so sweet and professional! Thank you so much T. Nguyen (I think that was the lady's name that did my nails;that was the name I saw on her station we were in) Thank you for making my first time very special! See you next time!

My issue was more with the pricing and lack of clarity beforehand. There wasn't any package or pricing information available when I came in, and we didn't discuss the price before starting, which I'll take some responsibility for because I should have asked. When it was time to pay, I was surprised that it was $50 for a 30-minute foot massage with no foot soak or anything additional. The digital menu showed $50 for a 30-minute full-body massage. When I mentioned that I only received a foot massage, I was told the price was the same for feet or full body, but that wasn't clear from the menu. I get reflexology massages pretty regularly, and in my experience, $50 for 30 minutes of foot reflexology without a foot soak is on the pricey side. Overall, the massage itself was very good, but I wasn't crazy about the pricing or the lack of transparency around it. I would definitely recommend confirming the price and service beforehand.

An amazing thing happened for me at this nail salon. My hope in humanity was restored. So...I was…read moresetting up for my brother in law's rehearsal dinner at the Tuscan Slice, and one of the centerpiece figurines got knocked over and shattered. It was a pretty important one because it came from a character in a play that he performed in. My mother-in-law asked me what I thought we could use to temporarily fix it for the evening, so my search for super glue began. We didn't really have enough time to drive far to a store, so I ran down to the Aldi in the same shopping center, but there was nothing useful there. Then to the 7 eleven on the corner. Nope. Walking back, dejected, I thought maybe that nail salon would have something I could buy. I poked my head in, like a middle aged straight guy who's never considered going into a nail salon. They could see it on my face. "Yep, this guys having a day." After explaining the situation, she said "we don't sell items individual items, only services." That's when she did something unexpected. She reached behind the counter and cut open a little vile of nail glue. "Here it's on the house. Just try not to get any on your skin" I ran back to the restaurant and fixed the figurine. These people are genuine saints. Although I have never had my nails done at all, I thought about going back and getting a manicure just to show my appreciation. Needless to say I hope good karma comes their way for their generosity.
