When I asked to apply more pressure, she informed me that I didn't pay for deep tissue, I paid for relaxation (I should have walked out the door then). It wasn't professionally handled but I paid with no fuss & even left a tip since she was an older woman. Front desk never even asked me how everything went - it's like they knew this was a joke. The owner reached out to me personally which was appreciated and even told me about some of the complaints against this particular therapist. Yet, a considerable time was spent defending the business than remedying the situation. They wanted me to come back for 50% off & redo my massage - here's the kicker: with the same therapist if I wanted (Ha!). I communicated that I don't live in Texas and I'm only passing through so how & why would I give you more of my money & time??? Although I never asked for money back, the whole thing felt disingenuous and a complete waste of time. I would skip this one entirely as you're at a loss if you have a bad experience & you'll be forced to defend your feedback if the owner reaches out to you. Take your business elsewhere to those who aren't as dysfunctional, greedy & will actually operate from a place of integrity. I get massages often and I know the difference when it comes to quality, not to mention professionalism.

The only discomfort I had, was that the walls are really thin and aren't properly insulated. I forgot to look and see what other businesses were attached, But There was a lot of muffled conversations, loud bumping and moving around. It made it kind of hard to relax completely.
