Wow. In the same session Jarian was able to to get rid of the "frankenstein" knots on the sides of my neck, and loosen up my stiff lower back. I am really amazed. I told him the goal for the day was to reduce stress and make me want to return to work. We joked about whether installing in me the desire to return to work this afternoon would cost extra. Given how great I feel-- I think I might owe him money. My wish for the next session is stress reduction and that I become taller- I let you know how that works out! LOL. Very professional. The body keeps the score. I am a licensed massage therapist & I often forget to treat myself to massages for my own self-care. I recently received a massage from Jarian and it was very emotionally & energetically therapeutic for me. Back in December, I unfortunately experienced a traumatic event. I thought I had gotten past it, but it was during my massage that I realized I was still storing the trauma within. I scheduled a massage to address the pain at my lower back. But it was during my session that Jarian intuitively discovered the unknown pain, that I was carrying around my shoulders & upper back. When Jarian addressed these areas, I began to cry. It wasn't sad tears, but more so a release of trapped emotions. A very necessary and overdue release of stagnant emotions & energy. The entire massage was pleasant. I went to Jarian for a therapeutic foot and calf massage for peripheral neuropathy. It was so delightful to feel tingling in my toes - it had been a long time since they are usually numbish - I think it's called 'sock and glove' feeling. Anyway, I really liked having a nice long massage focussed on just one area of my body. There was time to really make my feet want to dance! I highly recommend Jarian. read more

Jarian is by far the best massage therapist I have ever had!! I highly recommend him! I have been going to Jarian monthly for over 3 years now and every session has been nothing less than perfect. He is a very professional & polite guy who always begins his session with asking you what your goal is for the session & any specific focus areas and then he ends his session with thanking you for letting him work with you. He is always EXTREMELY fair with the amount of time he gives you during your massage. Also, his massages are very reasonably priced and he is always offering great massage deals and discounts through email if you sign up for his email promotions. For me, he provides deep tissue massages with an emphasis on back, neck, and shoulders since I have a desk job and I lift weights 4-6 times a week. Every single time I leave my massage feeling completely relaxed & the muscle tension in my back, neck, & shoulders is relieved. I really like that Jarian customizes his massages based on each person's individual needs. I appreciate that he respects my relaxation time and doesn't talk throughout my massage.
