They were very polite & professional and there was a younger girl there when we left who does speak english. They started the massage by soaking our feet in warm water while doing a short scalp and arm massage. We were not expecting that at all but it sure was GREAT and put us into immediate relaxation! He placed his knee between my legs, in the area of my vagina, spread my legs apart under the cover, and used his hands to pull my upper body up and bend my back. I did not consent to any of this contact, and it made me extremely uncomfortable. Afterward, he continued the session by massaging my legs. During that portion, he went under the drape from my toes up to my inner thighs, and his hands came very close to my vaginal area. I again felt uncomfortable and told him that my head hurt so he would stop. He then moved to massage my head instead. The incident left me feeling violated, anxious, and deeply uneasy. At no point did I give consent for him to touch under my underwear or to reach that high on my inner thighs. I believe this behavior constitutes a clear violation of professional boundaries. After the incident, I returned to the business and photographed the license posted on the wall. The photo (attached) shows that the therapist's picture appears taped onto the license, and I am concerned the document may not be valid. I have made a report to the Mansfield Police Department about this incident and request that TDLR investigate both the inappropriate physical contact and the possible falsification of a license document.

The only thing I did NOT like was that she tried to crack my back for me, so I asked her to stop. The scalp massage at the end was also very relaxing. She did not ask for tip up front like the other girls do, so I asked her to run my card again for a tip afterward. (I really don't like that the other staff want their tip up front! Masseuse Amy asked that I give her a chance to earn my trust. From the start Amy has worked with me to determine proper levels of attention to chronic back pains and muscle tension. She listens and applies the attention and techniques I require at each visit. And I add the therapist are polite and give a warm welcome. My only concern is they're a small spa and when busy the masseuse are required to check walk ins and answer the phone. But overall Silk Touch & Amy specifically are hidden gems.
