Best Swedish massage I've had in a long time and I will keep going back . I have muscle spasms and they do a great job

Disclaimer: Maybe it's just my preference. My views and opinions is solely based on one time I was there ($29 for 70 minutes) The lady was nice but I would not go back to this massage place again. Let me tell you why: 1. As soon as you enter the reception area, you can see the massage chairs. ( It's a common place but c'mon.. no dividers at all?!) with that said, I hear all conversation and phone rings 2. It's like a kid massaging me. I keep telling myself it's going to be better but it keeps getting worse. She has this nail technique incorporated with her massage!!! MASSAGE WITH NAILS(ESPECIALLY LONG NAILS) IS NASTY! - Foot massage was the most awful part due to the technique and nails! read more

This place is not place that you can trust of what they advertise. They advertise prices on the front of the store and at time of payment they charge you different, I was impressed to argue, but when I called back they said we changed the rate, you should have asked, the prices on the window are wrong. You couldn't ask for a better bargain than $29 for 70 minutes. The staff is always very friendly and more than happy to change it the level of pressure during massages. Appointments are not necessary but are welcomed. Even though the sign says therapy it is coded as a day spa on billing if you are paying with a credit card so you cannot use an FSa or HSA account. This was by far the worst massage I ever had! The top of my feet were rubbed incessantly and did not feel good at all. Never have I gotten a massage where someone knows so little about muscle location. Was also texting during it too. I hate to be so negative but I will NEVER be back to this location. Honestly, I didn't really care for this place. I've been other foot massage places and they were more professional in terms of the massage and the staff. The ladies were gossiping and laughing during my massage and my massage therapist was falling asleep during my massage! When she started massaging my back she squeezed too hard and I'm still feeling the pain and it's been a few days. Also, I didn't loke the fact that when I turned on my stomach she did not cover me back up with a towel. There were other customers beside me and it made me feel very uncomfortable. read more

Wasn't completely disappointed, but as someone who knows dshs and tdlr regulations, I won't be choosing to go back. Could tell my "therapist" had at least Some training on certain areas (I'm guessing she's actually a nail tech) but as an overall experience it was lacking. read more

I've only been here once but I've been trying to get back ever since! So relaxing and enjoyable! Kim knew my problem area before I even told her (shoulder/neck on left side). I have Fibromyalgia so I'm more tender than the average person. However, I do need the knots worked out so I just tough it out! Kim did a fantastic job. The only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is that Kim was the person answering the phone! I don't want my time interrupted like that. It was my first time so I am going to try someone else next time to see the difference. I was recommended by my friend and I've recommended my sister and other friends as well! This place used to be great, it's gone WAY down hill. I go to this, well went, to this place a few times a month for years. Over the last month or so it has been horrible. Today topped it off and was my last straw. Literally was sat down in the chair, my feet placed in water, waited about 10 minutes for the woman to come over and tell me that I wasn't going to be getting a massage due to a call in appointment (a call I heard waiting with my feet in the water). This place is solid. Never been to any other place so I don't know how it compares. Grew a wild hair one Friday after a long work week and decided to try it out. I'm hooked. It's now a weekly routine to show up Friday after work.
