I called to make an appointment at 8. Their website said they were open until 10. The lady picked up, said she was answering the after hours line, and she was busy, then hung up on me. I wasn't sure if I had the right number, so I came by at 8. I waited for 5 minutes until someone greeted me. The lady kept saying, "I'm busy, come back tomorrow". I asked if there was anyone else who could massage me and she just kept repeating herself. It seems that is they advertise that they are open until 10, they would have more than one masseuse available in the evenings since most people work 8-5, M-F. I will never go back to this place. Bottom line: Awesome massage! Not for amateurs. We should've scheduled ahead. (We called and were told to come after 6 pm, but I should've set a specific time.) when we arrived, we waited about 20 minutes for two women to get there so we could do a couple's massage. But that's not really atypical in a small place like this on a weekday night. The massages were fantastic! Both my husband and I felt that our trouble areas were well attended. We got the full eight hot stone treatment. I will note that the massages were intimate -- if we weren't pretty familiar with the process, it might have made us uncomfortable. But we aren't super modest, so we felt fine. The reason I'm giving 4/5 stars is because we wanted an hour massage. We were clear, but on three separate occasions someone pushed us to extend our time. I wish I could give this place a -5 stars! Few friends and I had gone together late night one night. We were told we were being given a deal bc the manager wasn't there. So that meant the combo for 40$ instead of the 45$ Including hot stones. During the massage - the masseuse interrupted the massage to let us know she was going to charge 50$. We had to argue with her (in the middle of the massage!) that she agreed to $40 with the combo. After a few minutes of back and forth - we continued on. The lady who did my massage had long nails and scratched me several times - and though she started out well - after overhearing the price discussion going on in the next room she was less than satisfactory. There was Zero foot massage...for a place that calls itself a foot spa - there was no sign of reflexology or a relaxing foot massage. Also - my friends who had accompanied me said they felt uncomfortable being so exposed. They don't have blankets large enough to cover you and it's pretty uncomfortable. ALWAYS take someone w/you if you walk-in for a massage. My husband went in for a 30 minute foot message and "the owner" told him "no I give you an hour full message for $50" they kept him in there for an hour & 1/2 & afterward told him he owed $80 and HAD to tip or they would call police. He paid $90. The owner argued he said 90 minutes when he came in. He paid $80 cash & $10 tip. He paid cash b/c he went last week for a full body massage for an hour for $50 and paid w/a debit card. After making an appointment and going we walked in to find we wouldn't be getting massages, there was only one worker and two of us, a few weeks later we tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and went back. Big mistake. Once again there was only one employee. This time we waited over an hour to get foot massages. When the second employee got there they said "how about no foot, just back" and I said "no, I came to get a foot massage because my feet hurt" after getting my back rubbed for 45 minutes I realized I wasn't going to get what I wanted and was pretty disappointed. But didn't want to be rude. THEN when they charged us it was $100, because she charged for the service she gave, not what we asked for. Being as we were not happy we tipped 15$, to which the lady said "that all," "two people," "you need leave more." My boyfriend feeling awkward added 3 dollars AND SHE DID IT AGAIN!!!!!
