The chat assistant appears to be non-functional and their first available appointment date for anything, even a consultation, is over a week away. At this point I'm not even sure it is still open but if you have the time to run over to Forney and check I guess you could. Unfortunately I don't.

This was one of the most uncomfortable and emotionally distressing experiences I've ever had during…read morea massage. From the moment I walked in, the front desk immediately pushed $60-$80 worth of add-ons before I even got into the room. I declined multiple times, but the pressure continued -- even as I was trying to settle in. It felt like they cared more about my money than trying to make me feel comfortable and better! After sharing that I didn't want my arms or legs touched and only wanted my neck shoulders and back to be worked on she told me there would be a $10 upcharge due to their "policy." I agreed, but what followed didn't reflect any professionalism or care. The technique was disjointed, repetitive, and lacked any sense of body awareness. It jumped from overly soft touch to sudden, jarring pressure with no rhythm or transition. It felt like the therapist was just going through motions without any intention or responsiveness. If you have PTSD, physical trauma, or specific boundaries, I strongly urge you to avoid this place. My body was tense the entire session once she crossed boundaries. I disassociated so quick, and she was so unaware. The therapist ignored nonverbal cues, continued working in areas I told her I didn't want worked on, and at one point used hot stones (which I didn't request) in ways that felt invasive and deeply inappropriate. I was completely dissociated by the end of it -- emotionally overwhelmed and retraumatized. On top of that, the therapist left the room multiple times, reducing actual massage time. When the session ended and I went to pay, I had already signed the receipt -- but she pointed to the tip line and said, "Tip? I worked so hard." Caught off guard, I left a very small tip just to get out of the situation, even though I felt completely disregarded throughout the session. Afterward, I sat in my car crying for nearly an hour, trying to calm down. This wasn't just a disappointing experience -- it was an upsetting one. There is no trauma-informed care, no real respect for client boundaries, and no understanding of how to provide a safe, therapeutic massage. If you're looking for professionalism, safety, and actual healing -- this is not the place to go.

My ex husband found this place on Groupon as we wanted a good price for a 90 min massage…read more I want to explain my 3 stars. 1st. Originally...I was told that I could only get massages in the evenings as it seems they were only open late hours. My 1st appt was at 8pm on a Monday and my ex husband did not like that and my dog sitter did not show so I had to reschedule. I had to reschedule a week later because they(the owners) were out on vacay and I got the massage today 5/12 @2:30pm. I was surprised of the time and felt much better with daytime hours. The groupon features Kim Horne. Lots of great reviews on her, however I did not see her and it was never explained to me that I would not be. I was massaged by Carlton Horne. I thought that should have previously been explained to me. I literally did not know I was being massaged by him until he told me he will check back with me after undressing to my comfort level. The area...I live in Rockwall. Right off of 30 and the major shopping areas and altho I gave had a million massages...the surroundings usually fit that type if business. I wasnt very favorable of the locations and my ex husband came to watch my dog in the parking lot and watch out 4 me. The area is not "bad" per se'. Just not what you would expect for a massage parlor location. The establishment was clean and well kept. There was music playing but not relaxation music and not in the room we were in. It was moreso blasting outside. Im used to a more tranquil settin IN the massage room itself. Carlton did a great job. I do think it would have been nice to consider the "pressure" because at some points I was in so much pain...my eyes would water! I do carry allot of stress in my upper shoulders, back and neck. So I know I was pretty knotted up. I do have a better range of motion but my back is extremely sore to the touch. Im lying down in bed writing this review! Lol I cant say this was one of those really good "rub downs". It was like a " to the point" massage and never have I come home THIS SORE before. Im used to having a masseuse add pressure to the knots in my back...but they always ask me to confirm pressure. I'm sure I made sounds to hint to the pain but figured maybe over the next few days...I would feel better. I cant say Ill send people I know...they are delicate women like me! I cannot speak for Kim and maybe things would have been different with her. I do not think its a bad estabishment. Maybe a bit better on consulting with customers on who will be massaging them and definitely being more attentive to the customer's needs IN the moment would be geeat! P.S. Carlton did have a very pleasant attitude and overall...I do not consider this a bad establishment.
