This was one of the most uncomfortable and emotionally distressing experiences I've ever had during a massage. From the moment I walked in, the front desk immediately pushed $60-$80 worth of add-ons before I even got into the room. I declined multiple times, but the pressure continued -- even as I was trying to settle in. It felt like they cared more about my money than trying to make me feel comfortable and better! After sharing that I didn't want my arms or legs touched and only wanted my neck shoulders and back to be worked on she told me there would be a $10 upcharge due to their "policy." I agreed, but what followed didn't reflect any professionalism or care. The technique was disjointed, repetitive, and lacked any sense of body awareness. It jumped from overly soft touch to sudden, jarring pressure with no rhythm or transition. It felt like the therapist was just going through motions without any intention or responsiveness. If you have PTSD, physical trauma, or specific boundaries, I strongly urge you to avoid this place. My body was tense the entire session once she crossed boundaries. I disassociated so quick, and she was so unaware. The therapist ignored nonverbal cues, continued working in areas I told her I didn't want worked on, and at one point used hot stones (which I didn't request) in ways that felt invasive and deeply inappropriate. I was completely dissociated by the end of it -- emotionally overwhelmed and retraumatized. On top of that, the therapist left the room multiple times, reducing actual massage time. When the session ended and I went to pay, I had already signed the receipt -- but she pointed to the tip line and said, "Tip? I worked so hard." Caught off guard, I left a very small tip just to get out of the situation, even though I felt completely disregarded throughout the session. Afterward, I sat in my car crying for nearly an hour, trying to calm down. This wasn't just a disappointing experience -- it was an upsetting one. There is no trauma-informed care, no real respect for client boundaries, and no understanding of how to provide a safe, therapeutic massage. If you're looking for professionalism, safety, and actual healing -- this is not the place to go. read more

VERY Salesy! Scheduled a specific massage. Owner tried talking us in to a more expensive one that we didn't need. POOR LISTENING SKILLS! Owner told her massage therapists to give wrong massage that she tried talking us into. DISREPECTFUL! Owner chased us down to our car asking for larger tip. this was the absolute worst massage I've ever gotten in my life. The owner was not listening to my needs and the type of massage that I wanted. The massage therapist was horrible and was talking the entire time to the other massage therapist during our couples massage. I have had many massages in my life and this was by far the worst. They try to upsell services. There is no $35 massage. One thing I'll advise against for sure is their upsell for cupping. After some speech on ancient Chinese healing from toxins you just leave with large spots of damaged blood vessels and a $100+ shortage in your pocket. Today paid for 60 mins and cupping feel like my massage was 30 because the cupping that she made me get took 1/2 the massage. I know I said focus on my back and arm . DO NOT GO HERE!!! 0 STARS!!! I thought I'd try a massage place close to home - worst decision ever. It was supposed to be a 90 minute massage for $120. It was the worst massage I've ever had. I should've stopped the massage 30 minutes in when I finally came to the conclusion the massager had no idea how to give a deep tissue massage, let alone a massage in general. I felt bad and hoped for the best. At the end, my bill was $150 (not including tip). This is a joke. I would not recommend this place to anyone!! Take your money elsewhere. I should honestly get a refund - I've never felt so uncomfortable during a massage in my entire life and what put the cherry on top was being taken advantage of $$ wise. My wife and I are moving to Forney, so I thought that I would try to find someplace near our new home, and decided to try this place. I called ahead and found out that an hour of deep tissue massage was $60. That is a reasonable price. However, when I got there, I was immediately met with attempts to upsell. I declined the "essential oils" treatment, for an extra $20. Once I was undressed, and waiting for my massage, she came at me 3 more times "Essential Oil good for you. You like!" I had gone there due to a neck, and sciatic nerve issue - but I now found myself agreeing just to shut her up. That part is my fault. As it progressed, she started yammering about another service, and she talked me into it - mainly because I didn't really understand what it was, but was in too much pain to argue (without being mean). Bottom line - I spent $170 for what was going to be a $60 backrub. Regardless of the fact that I could have, at any time, gotten up and left, nobody should have to endure high-pressure sales (no pun intended) while laying there naked. If you like being upsold, this is your place. I will never again go to anyplace where English is not spoken (fluently). It reminded me of massage parlors in the service. Difference being - I wasn't the least bit happy when I left this one. read more

It took a minute for someone to greet me for my appointment, but whatever. Linda was my therapist, and as soon as she greeted me, I pointed to the sign and confirmed that I wanted the $70 one hour deep tissue massage that my husband has reserved for me. Immediately, she tried to upsell the aromatherapy, which I declined (she said she was going to do it for free after a few minutes). When in the room, I told her of my troubled areas and more than once she said she was just trying to do what is best for me and finally, I gave into the light therapy that "will help with circulation". Then as she was doing my massage, at least 4 times she told me about the cupping therapy that I should try. I told her all 4 times that not this time, maybe some other time. You can not relax and enjoy a massage when someone is constantly in your ear trying to upsell. My shoulder was hurting and didn't want to go to the doctor. I googled deep tissue massage in my area. The reviews were great, so I booked an hour session. Lily asked a few questions and went to work. Lily worked the knots out. What a relief. The full body massage was so relaxing. I went back two weeks later for the same hour session and it's amazing how much better my shoulder feels. The ambiance is great the customer service is excellent. I felt so relaxed and comfortable. My sister and I went in for a massage to relax after graduating; this was not the place to go to relax. We got a 60 minute massage in the same room but this place only had 2 people working - that means both employees were in the room with us. The phone rang 4 different times and they answered it and talked loudly, while stopping our massages each time. 2 people came into the store during that time also, and yep, they stopped our massages to check on them as well. They also talked to each other the entire time. It just wasn't professional at all. And then to top it off, even after we didn't receive the full hour we paid for, as we were walking out, they asked us for a tip. Uhhh no thanks. read more
