The chat assistant appears to be non-functional and their first available appointment date for anything, even a consultation, is over a week away. I actually sent someone by their location and there was a back soon sign on the door. At this point I'm not even sure it is still open but if you have the time to run over to Forney and check I guess you could. Unfortunately I don't.

Do not under any circumstance let Christin Huynh come close to your hair with bleach. I was left…read morewith severe chemical burns after going to her to brighten my already blonde hair. She bleached my roots and left it on for over an hour and made me wait after I told her it was hurting. She left me under the heat dryer for over 20mins as well. After the first bleach she insured in going in again, and that was after my scalp was visibly red and swollen to the touch. I asked her to rinse immediately and she asked me to wait again and took picture instead. While she was rinsing the bleach from my hair I had already made up my mind that I didn't want it toned and that as soon as I sat up I would tell her this, but before I knew it there was toner in my hair at the shampoo bowl. This is after several times telling her that I was in terrible pain. I have provided pictures below of my before color and the after. My hair is a beautiful white now, but was not worth the pain. I had the service done on Friday and my scalp is still in terrible pain on Sunday. I woke up on Saturday morning with the majority of my hair glued and crusted to my head like a helmet because of the weeping scabs. Worst part is she won't even take responsibility and showed no compassion to the picture of my injured scalp and even blamed me. I have added a before picture of my hair, pictures of the damage and our text conversation after the fact.

That's what my experience felt like the minute I walked into that office and checked in. I don't have a physical insurance card and it seemed like it was such a big deal to have to email it to her instead. After being checked in and seen I was consulted about the cyst needing removal. I told the dr it was a cyst but wanted it removed. When I asked Shawna at the front desk if he could remove it today, she got frustrated with me and angrily said "You didn't ask the dr that?!" Honestly, no that was my fault but her reaction and communication towards clients is aggressive and not at all respectful. When trying to set up a follow up appointment and just asking general questions about what the pay would be for that surgery she huffed and stormed off to try and find the info. At that point I just responded "don't worry about it." and walked out. I'm not going to have surgery at an office that treats their patients like a coin slot machine that's inconveniencing them. Sorry I'm curious about my finances and making sure a $75 copay for a consult I already knew was a cyst, wasn't a waste but it was. The office called me after I paid and left trying to apologize for her behavior. I just responded kindly " You took out your own frustrations out on me and I'm not comfortable having surgery here. Please cancel my appointment and I hope your day gets better." I truly felt so disrespected and wouldn't want anyone else to experience what I did and this was just a CONSULT!
