Not only is her customer service and all of our staff just the best, but she and all her staff gives the BEST spray tan in the entire world! Not just Dallas Fort Worth, Texas, but the entire WORLD! Victoria at Simply Sunless is the most knowledgeable person in the sunless tanning business. She will perfectly pick the best airbrush sunless tan for you. She and her staff not only deliver on quality, but the fact that absolutely everyone believes this is a true tan for me is exactly what I was looking for. It doesn't LOOK like a sunless airbrush spray tan. I've had the regular full body tan, the 2 hour express tan, and the 30 minute express tan. I have used both the Simply Sunless salon in Keller, Texas and also Victoria's mobile tan option for Simply Sunless when I was on the go. You can see her years of expertise and her knowledge whenever she gives you an airbrush sunless tan, as well as she makes you feel incredibly comfortable and at ease about the entire experience. After the airbrush sunless tan was complete, she applies matte or shimmer finishing powder that She and her entire staff at Simply Sunless in Keller not only care about creating the perfect sunless airbrush tan experience for you, but they also care about ensuring that you receive the BEST tan that lasts. Victoria gave me an airbrush sunless tan before I went on a 2 week cruise in the Caribbean, and not only did it last through chlorinated pool water, ocean swimming, sweating, and lots of sunscreen, it also lasted through a full body massage and spa day that my sweet husband booked for me. Do yourself a favor and book Victoria at Simply Sunless in Keller, Texas. She's amazing and the BEST airbrush spray tanning business in the entire Dallas Fort Worth, Texas metroplex! But honestly, the whole WORLD!

This was hands down one of the best spa experiences I have ever had. I booked a 50-minute facial,…read moreand it was genuinely the best facial I've ever received. What made the experience so incredible was everything that came with it. With your service, you're able to enjoy the spa facilities for the rest of the day, and I absolutely took advantage of it! I actually came back that evening to sit in the jacuzzi and sauna, which made the entire day feel like such a treat. They have thought of EVERYTHING. The showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and everything you need, plus there's body lotion, face wash, makeup remover, hair products, curling and styling tools. You could seriously show up with almost nothing and have everything you need to shower, get ready and leave feeling completely refreshed. But my favorite part may have been the relaxation room. My husband's cousin and I put on our robes, grabbed cucumber water and snacks, and sat there talking for hours. No rushing. No kids needing something. No schedule. Just two moms actually getting to sit, relax and enjoy each other's company. It was TRULY the most relaxing mom day I can remember having. The entire spa is gorgeous, peaceful, incredibly clean and feels luxurious without feeling stuffy. I left feeling like I had actually had a chance to completely reset. If you're in Fort Worth and debating whether it's worth booking a service here: DO IT RIGHT NOW and give yourself the whole day. Don't schedule a facial and leave afterward. Bring a swimsuit, put on the robe, use the sauna, sit in the jacuzzi, drink the cucumber water, eat the snacks and let yourself stay awhile. 10/10. I will absolutely be back every time I have the opportunity. Thank you Aria for my facial as well, you are so sweet!

When I walked in and the place was empty on a Saturday, I should have known there would be issues…read more I had a pedicure and a GelX manicure. The pedicure was standard, nothing special, but my two big toe nails were cut at an angle. When I asked them about it, they said my toe nails grow crooked like that. I pulled up 10+ pictures of my feet after a fresh pedicure and polish to show them "no, it's just a bad job". They ended up filing them to get them straighter but now they are too short. The bigger issue is the GelX manicure. It looks awful! They look like press on nails! I went in on Saturday because I was leaving town for work on Sunday. There is a big gap between my cuticle and the polish. When I asked, the man said, I told you not to do GelX, that is just the way it is. I'd already been well over 2 hours so I just left. When I got home my husband immediately said, why do your nails look like that!? I just got back from out of town and called them to ask to speak to the manager or owner. The man says - I just work here, I don't know when they will be in. So I ask more questions and again he said- I just work here. I asked to have the manager call me but highly doubt that will happen. Every time I look at my nails, it is infuriating. I wanted fresh nails for an important business trip and I ended up with just the opposite and wasted money and over 2 hours in the process. There are several salons within blocks of this spot, no matter how important "no wait" is in the moment when you call - don't do it. It's not worth the crappy job, dirty environment and slow service. I wish I would have read the reviews first because they definitely align with my service. Now I get to go and pay someone else to fix this!
