I walked in right before closing time and they were 100% customer service oriented and immediately came up with a plan to fix my nails. Shawn was incredibly gracious and helpful. Cynthia explained how she could correct the problem and did a fantastic job helping me choose a good color. She has an expert eye and offered helpful information. I let them know what I wanted done to my hands & feet, and they gave me a price. The lady who did my nails was friendly, and offered me drinks. When I was done getting my nails & feet done and went to the front to pay, they charged me $15 more than what they originally quoted me for the exact same service on my hands . I guess they wanted to compensate themselves for the drinks, but tried to say it was because of the shape & type of nails I got? (I asked for short, square acrylic nails because I'm a new mom) It was odd, but I didn't argue it. While the nail bar and service are welcoming and amiable, they might want to spend more time perfecting their craft. Less than a week later, just days after Mother's Day and I was already missing 3 nails because my nails began lifting & broke off. Disappointing as ever.

We waited until 2:45 when I finally gave up and waved for my daughter to join me in our car to leave. It was only then that they took her for her appointment. Lee was in no rush and moved at the speed of molasses until my daughter told her (at 5:00) that she had to get to work. At that point another woman came over to help her finish up. My daughter's nails were finally done at 5:30PM!!! Three and a half hours for a set of acrylic nails! She "got" my daughter twice that made her bleed and the finger was tender for 24 hours. One nail points upward from the nail. Not a happy customer.
